Too small
I am giving five stars not for the boots but the customer service. Beautiful boots. I followed the size chart, but it was too small. I should have chosen one size up, size nine instead of my size eight. I requested a return. Very quickly they approved the return and reimbursement . I am disappointed that the boots are not true size, but satisfied with the customer service.

The fur lining was so soft but the shoe itself felt really hard. They are cute but seem like they would be uncomfortable.
