I use this alkalized Creatine because other brands hurt my stomach. I take 2 capsules prior to my workout, which gives me more endurance and strength. I’ll continue to re-order as it was quick and accurate.

Yes, in order for this to work you have to be consistent at the gym. And you have to be understanding of the first few week side effects. It’s better than powder and as long as you’re consistent at the gym, you will see big results.

I’ve used this a number of times. It really is an effective method of taking creative and actually works! No more of mixing the gritty monohydrate powder in your drink and choking it down. This is the only creative I will use now.

My husband introduced me to these when I began my exercise/ weight lifting journey 5 years ago. I was at a place where it would take a week to see some results and so my husband recommended these. You take two 30 minutes before your workout and then one or two after. If you skip a day of working out you take two at the beginning of the day.You will literally notice results the next day!Our son is into body building and started taking these last year and agrees that his results are noticed the next day.You don’t need to be into weight lifting to get results! I used it while only running and doing simple floor exercises postpartum to build back my core and got great results as well!For those reviews that say it does not work- keep in mind that the right diet, right protein powder and the right BCAA powder play a HUGE roll in any exercise routine. you can’t take these pills expecting results when you have a poor diet and are not repairing your muscles each day. Your exercise routine also has a roll in your muscle growth- take the time to really study form, sets/reps, compound/isolation, breaks in between sets and alternating exercise days (leg day, upper body)- this will really help you get the maximum potential out of your workouts.

My buddy put me on these about two years ago and I've never gone back to regular creatine. Apparently with regular creatine you dont actually absorb most of it, but with this blend and higher quality ingredients you actually absorb all of it. Because of this, the pills are smaller and easier to swallow. I definitely felt like this product was more effective as well, especially when used consistently. I workout 4-5x a week and creatine is really the only supplement I take consistently. I'm glad I found the best one

I started taking this Kre-Alkalyn Creatine Supplement to help with my overall energy and to improve my ability to exercise since I'm now 75 and have been having some trouble getting a good workout. Since starting the Kre-Alkalyn, I've notice a greater sense of energy and my workouts have gotten better. And these don't seem to cause any digestive issues as I've heard some other creatine supplements do.

My husband is a 33 year old health-conscious male who works out every day and is always looking for something to enhance/maximize his workouts and daily lifestyle.He purchased this product twice and took it daily as recommended prior to his workouts. He reordered the product for the second time because of the low cost, this product has 60 capsules instead of 30 capsules from competitors, and it did make him feel energized for his workouts.Unfortunately, during the time that he used this product he got 4 kidney stones, had severe stomach cramping(which could also be from the kidney stones), bloating, constipation while having diarrhea at the same time, back pains, and headaches/occasional migraines (my husband is not prone to migraines so this was also highly peculiar for him) . My husband is not prone to any of these, is rarely sick, and has no prior nor underlying health issues or health risks-so this was a lot at once and a complete contrast to his norm overall health.It wasn’t until his 4th kidney stone that we connected the causation to this product. He did not finish his last bottle and has not had a kidney stone nor any other kidney issues since. It took a while (roughly~ 3 weeks free of the product) for his headaches to subside, and for his digestive issues to normalize.We aren’t ones that typically take the time to write reviews, but do read other’s reviews before purchasing products to help us make an informed decision prior to making a purchase. We felt that it was necessary here to write a review on our experience with this product so that others considering this product can make an informed decision and don’t endure the same effects that my husband did.
