If you look at the ingredients... they are basically nothing. They taste like nothing (expensive nothing). BUT if you really want some spaghetti and you are on keto these fit the bill. Other substitutions all bring flavors that spoil the fish. These do not! The texture is better than any other substitute I have tried, though still not the same as pasta. Overall I would recommend trying it, I bought a case which I’m filing out to myself as treats.
