If you're craving a big bowl of "pasta", but don't want to feel guilty...buy these! Sure it's not the same as real pasta...nothing can compare with real pasta. That's why you have to change your expectation before you eat them. Its Shirataki, not pasta. The texture IS different, it's sort of rubbery...it reminds me of the glue that sometimes comes on mail packages in terms of looks, but not taste as I have no idea what mail glue tastes like. My favorite way to eat these is with red spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, and lots of fresh grated cheese! Go ahead, load it up!! Just be sure you follow the directions for prep. Rinse really, really, good. I rinse mine like 5-6 times in a bowl. Then boil for 2-3 mins. Then dry them in a frying pan. It's actually pretty easy. Then add toppings and you've got yourself a meal. Like other people have said, the noodles don't really absorb sauce all that well, but what can you expect from 100% plant fiber? Again, it's NOT pasta..its Shirataki! Get over these basic principles, stop comparing it to pasta, and use your imagination. It's worth a bowl full

This absorbs the flavor of whatever sauce you are using. The texture is different than ordinary pasta and the taste is not quite as decadent as the real thing. But, realistically, you're not going to eat the real thing and stay low carb. It is definitely pricey, but worth it if you need your pasta fix.

So I would say these are what I expected. If you look at the ingredients... they are basically nothing. They taste like nothing (expensive nothing). BUT if you really want some spaghetti and you are on keto these fit the bill. Other substitutions all bring flavors that spoil the fish. These do not! The texture is better than any other substitute I have tried, though still not the same as pasta. Overall I would recommend trying it, I bought a case which I’m filing out to myself as treats. If they could find a way to bring the cost down I would buy this all the time.

Miracle Noodle Angel Hair Pasta takes on whatever flavor you pair it with. I have tried several low carb pastas and these are the best so far. Rinse, dry out in a skillet then pair with whatever sauce or flavoring you want. I would recommend these low calorie and low carb.

I enjoy your angel hair pasta. It was part of two of my daily meals. My complained is about the packaging for shipment. Every time that I order more than a box of six bags … I received the pasta that have been thrown in a bag, disorganized & at least one of the pasta bags is broken. I am 70 years old, I don’t appreciate having to deal with the mess of the delivery. This is the 2nd time I have submitted this complaint; and never received any feedback from you.
