It works great!!!!
This is the perfect fashion tape for quick fixes. Itโs easy to use and sticks to the body/clothes well to hold in place. There are some reviews about it damaging the clothing, but Iโve never experienced that. I can see that happening if you put the clothes for wash with the tape still on it. So Iโd imagine the heat from the washer/dryer would make the glue melt and damage the clothing. But if you use, and take it off before the wash, there are no issues what so ever. At least I havenโt encountered any thus far. The tape has been working great for my needs and Iโd buy it again. But you get a whole lot in one packet, so theyโll last you a while.

MUST HAVE! Great for cosplays and safe for my delicate fabrics
This is an absolute must have product to keep things in place. I've found it extremely helpful in my cosplays. It keeps fabrics in place both to each other and to my skin, but it doesn't damage the fabrics and it is very comfortable both to use and remove. In the photo, I'm using it to keep the gauze arm wraps secure at the top and to keep the long lightweight wrap secure to the shirt and the shirt secure to my chest and shoulders. Otherwise, things just shift too much lol. Regarding use with delicate fabrics, I'm basing this off my experience using it to hold gauze secure, which very easily can get pulled out of place or damaged. I've used it to secure the arm wraps at least 10 times (using then removing) and they are just now starting to show a tiny bit of wear from being stuck and unstuck. To be clear, this is basically a gauze bandage that is meant to be used once. The long wrap is also a lightweight fabric (might also be a gauze? but not stretchy...I don't remember for sure) and I've used the tape on it repeatedly as well and no damage. If you're really worried about your particular fabric, I would do a test first to make sure. Also, the longer you leave it stuck (especially if exposed to heat) the more likely it is to be hard to pull off. I've tried to use this as a 'permanent' adhesive on some leather pieces and if you leave it long enough with enough heat exposure it can be really hard to remove (which is what I was going for). But don't leave it on super delicate fabric for many weeks in a hot car if you want it to come off in the end.

Convenient and Effective, But Could Be a Bit Stronger!
The Uplift Secret Fashion Clothing Tape has been a lifesaver for keeping my outfits in place! The double-sided clear tape works well on clothes and skin, making it super convenient for tricky necklines, gaps between buttons, or securing straps. I love how discreet it isโyou canโt even tell itโs there, and it sticks to a variety of fabrics without leaving any residue behind. Itโs also gentle on my skin, which is a big plus since I have sensitive skin. Iโve used it for hours and had no irritation at all. The only reason Iโm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the adhesive was a little stronger for heavier fabrics or more active movements. It works perfectly for lighter clothes, but for thicker fabrics or more movement, it can start to come loose after a while.

Double up and theyโll do the job!
If you use one single strip, it does nothing. But if you double up and use one on top of another it works great! Even through sweating from dancing the night away. But also they are super sticky so once you put them on your clothes, thatโs where they are going to stay. So be sure not to put it too close to the edge or youโll see the shiny clear tape. It did come off my dress the next morning by me just pulling it off, but it did leave some residue. I can see it being a nightmare to try to get off of something thin and delicate though. I also want to note that I have SUPER sensitive skin and these did not cause any irritation at all

Leaves glue behind.
The tape worked fine and was very strong, but left tape glue on my shirt.

Kept everything in place and super comfortable
I bought this clothing tape to wear with a low-cut dress to a wedding in Texas, where I knew it would be hot and humid. I was a little nervous about whether it would hold up in the heat, but it exceeded my expectations. The tape kept my dress securely in place all day and through hours of walking, dancing, and celebrating. Even with the humidity, I never had to worry about adjusting my neckline or having any wardrobe mishaps (Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl, lol). It stayed put without feeling uncomfortable and removed easily from my skin and the dress at the end of the night without irritating my skin. If you're wearing a special outfit in warm weather or just want a little extra confidence that everything will stay where it should, I highly recommend this clothing tape. It definitely gave me one less thing to worry about so I could enjoy the wedding.

holy grail of girl accessories
These are life savers for my shoe straps that slip off the back of my ankle. They donโt cause skin irritation, are easy to put on, and peel right off. You canโt even feel them on.

Damaged clothes... I cannot recommend
I'm trying not to have a farmer's tan this summer so I decided to wear strapless tops most days. That said, I'm built like a stick figure and some of the tops have a tendency to ride down, so my solution is to use garment tape to prevent any wardrobe malfunctions. I've used the Hollywood Secrets tape for several years, but the Uplift Secret product was a better price, particularly for the larger package... but now I'm regretting the decision to buy a 100-strip pack. For starters, I will say that this tape seems a little easier to apply than the Hollywood brand... there is a right way to apply this tape - remove the unprinted backing paper, apply to the desired location, and then you can lift either end of the printed backing paper and it will peel off very easily. Historically, I've had good luck using tape between my outer garment and my under garment, so I decided to apply one side of the tape to the upper edge of my strapless bra and the other side to the inside of my top. Well... that was a bad call because at the end of the day, the tape didn't want to come off either piece of fabric. In the end, the weaker bond was between the tape and my strapless top, so the tape remained on my bra. I tried lifting an edge up, tried using another strip of tape to pull it off the bra, tried peeling the end up and then stretching the tape (like you would with Command Adhesive) but no luck. I worked at it for so long that eventually that the outer layer of fabric on that side of the bra got all pruny looking, and I still couldn't get the tape off. To avoid getting the pruny look on the other side, I just left it. The next day I decided to use the tape to stick the top directly to my skin. It did hold remarkably well all day, but at the end of the day, the tape itself looked less like a strip of tape and more like I had used a hot glue gun to dress myself. Not a problem, because It had been covered by clothing. I was able to remove the tape from my skin, and unlike some reviewers, it didn't peel off a layer of my skin or give me a rash. This time though, the tape was permanent on the cotton lining of the top. I assumed that since the tape was stuck to cotton instead of whatever non-natural fiber the bra has on it, it would come off easier... or at least it would come off. But it did not and after pulling the woven cotton all out of shape, I gave up and now there is tape permanently stuck to the lining of the top. Hope springs eternal, so the next day I decided that I would plan ahead and cut small strips of the backing and set them in the middle of the strip between the tape and my strapless top. That would give me a place to get my finger or a pencil or something underneath the tape at the middle and certainly then it would come off much easier. No luck. I may try heating it up to remove the tape although that seems like it would just make the problem worse. I might also try putting the tape-stuck garment into the freezer to see if that changes anything. Basically, I'm trying to test the things that would help to get chewing gum out of fabric. You might be wondering what happened after I ran the clothes through the laundry. Well, the tape came came out of the laundry exactly as stuck as it went in. A couple of these garments have now been through the laundry twice but that tape is not coming off. In fact, on my most recent load of laundry, the bra came out of the washer with a pair of my husband's skivvies stuck to the tape. Bottom line, I don't know what to do with this tape, except put it in the junk drawer for whenever we need two-sided PERMANENT tape for a project around the house. I don't really mind that half of my summer tops and one bra have tape on them because none of it is in an obvious location, BUT... if I had tried this on a more delicate/expensive/unlined garment and as a result it was ruined, I would have been very upset. Sorry Uplift Secret, I'm going back to the Hollywood tape for good.

Not for me.
Manageable but not great. Doesn't hold for long. Not at all for sweaty people.

Did the job perfectly!
Stuck one part on the skin and other end to a cloth. Was a part of a dance program. The tape stuck till the end. Just ensure you are not stretching a cloth to stick to the tape. Make sure the cloth sits comfortably on your body and just use the tape to ensure no slippage.
