**Q: Is it nut free?**
A: Here is a list of the ingredients: organic paprika, organic cumin, organic coriander, organic garlic, organic ginger, organic cardamom. It is non GMO and USDA organic. Nowhere on the label does it say it is processed in a facility that processes nuts. I would say no nuts. There's also a recipe on the side for a chicken marinade that sounds delicious. It also states that ethylene oxide (a sterilization chemical commonly used in the spice industry, is NEVER used by Frontier Co-op.

**Q: How spicy is it ? Can children tolerate?**
A: It has a wonderful flavor. It's not very spicy as in hot, not hot at all. I sprinkle it all over chicken and roast. Delicious and not hot.

**Q: A whole cup of vinegar for the marinade?**
A: 4 tsp seasoning and 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup vinegar.

**Q: Where can i get cinnabar "neeras" tandoori paste?  its the best!**
A: Walmart online carries a tandoori paste but it is not the one you ask about. I would type in your information and just do a generic search. You might find what you are looking for.
