Osmocote Smart-Release Plant Food Plus Outdoor and Indoor, For Most Plant Types, In-Ground and Container Plants, Contains 11 Essential Nutrients, 2 lb.

I have used Osmocote for years for all my potted plants, flowers and outdoor container garden veggies. The results are always stellar with good root growth, plenty of dense foliage and consistently good production of flowers and vegetables. I use when planting and top off the containers a few times each season because I do a lot of watering. It is easy to apply and lasts a good long time and seems to work well for a wide variety of annuals and some smaller perennials. It is pretty forgiving, even when I accidentally over apply, but of course different types of plants might be more tolerant than others, so follow the directions as closely as you can. Happy plants., happy me.

Several of my neighbors' flower beds always looked so much better than mine. Same sunshine, same soil, same rain, same flowers (SunPatiens). Theirs were flourishing; mine were barely surviving. I finally found out their secret. This is it! Yes, it works and this past summer, my flower bed looked as good as theirs. I also used it on some shrubs that were almost sickly; within a month or two, they were so much healthier. This is easy to use; just sprinkle it on the soil of your indoor and outdoor plants. (Of course read all directions first!) Happy Gardening!

I have been using Osmocote for years. I was first put onto it when it was recommended by my local orchid society. (Though they said to go lightly as it can burn seedlings). Since I had it around for my orchids I have been using it on vegetables in raised beds and (large) planters. I tried another fertilizer last year (miracle grow organic) and can not say I saw a real difference, and the Osmocote is much easier to use, to get the correct amount. This year I tried a third and have used each in a different bed, and... well the Osmocote still seems to work as well as either of the others, feeds for longer and so is a real time saver. {It makes a differnce when your garden is an acre and you are maintaining it alone ;)

Easy to use to soon to know if they are any help

I grow a lot of indoor plants. I used to use liquid fertilizers, but having MS made it hard for me to handle the filled jugs and I was constantly spilling it or dropping it. Liquid organic fertilizer does NOT smell good lol. I finally realized I needed to make some changes and picked this fertilizer…I was honestly a bit shocked at how well it works! I’m on my 4th 2lb bottle and will be purchasing the larger size next time. I love that there is a 3ish month period of time in between fertilizing with this, with liquid it was every time I watered. I do think the liquid fertz I was using were amazing, but this is a great runner up and so much more convenient!

This was recommended to me from a nursery to use in the soil before I plant a new fruit tree. This has an extended release, so the fertilizer I put in the soil will last several months. So far it has been easy to use as I mix into the soil. I am anticipating good results.

This stuff is amazing! Two years ago I bought a Hoya Kerrii and was told it would never grow and it never did. Until I ACCIDENTALLY put some of this stuff on it when I was putting it on my other houseplants (I don’t think you’re really supposed to use this on Hoyas). Next thing I know, two new leafs emerged! Now look at it!!!! This stuff is crazy amazing!

Great for the garden !

Receive safely and good condition or time se pahle aa gaya 😊

The Scotts Company Osmocote 274250 Outdoor Fertilizer has been fantastic for my aquarium setup. I use it by packing the fertilizer inside a gelatin capsule, which makes it easy to control the dosage. My tank houses guppies and shrimps along with live plants, and I’m happy to report that it’s completely safe for the animals. I apply it every 3–4 months, and it consistently helps my plants thrive without causing any issues for the fish or shrimp. The nutrients are released gradually, keeping the plants healthy and vibrant over time. It’s simple to use, reliable, and gives me peace of mind knowing that my tank ecosystem stays balanced. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost the growth of live plants in an aquarium safely!

Fast delivery and responsive customer service. It takes time for oscomote to work so I have not seen any visible results yet. Will monitor my plants over the next few months.
