I've definitely noticed my hair growing a little quicker and my nails are definitely stronger and not as brittle as they used to be. Also, I've gotten my hair cut and later colored by two different stylists and they both mentioned how smooth my hair is. I have naturally curly/wavy hair that I straighten pretty much daily and I don't think the texture has too much. If anything, it's just a little bit more relaxed.
