Are these safe for my truck?

They are very safe.. As long as they are installed by a trained proffessional, with proper tools.. I have had these on my truck for over a year and can't even tell they are there...no noise or problems.. Other than having to the front end aligned after installation ( which is a must ) they work great...

Will 33x12.5 tires with 30x10 -19 rims for in 2016 f150 after install of 2.5” level without trimming?
