Amazing & comfortable chair but NOT for cat owners
I bought this chair for reading and relaxing purposes and it's such a affordable and comfortable piece of furniture. The different levels in which you can recline the sofa makes it perfect for different everyday needs that you may have. The fabric feels nice and it looks very nice too, giving our home a nice touch. The only minor issues are that the recline level for "napping" quickly moves up back to a higher angle if you're not applying full-even-pressure when laying. Not great if you move or turn a lot in sleep basically. Also, I should've probably gotten some sort of protective cover for this chair because my cat loves to scratch on this type of fabric like it's a scratching post, so be careful if you do have a cat. Fur gets stuck on pretty easily and stubbornly too, but it's not too hard to clean with the right brush. Overall, extremely affordable, mostly comfortable, but also a cat magnet.

Perfect chair great price
We got this chair foe my mother who is recovering from hip replacement.. perfect size for her .. its a little smaller than expected but she is 5'4 and its literally perfect for her. Its firm enough for her without being uncomfortable at all. Im 5'7 and I also fit in it. Easy as can be to put together. Only part that took a min was the unboxing .. had it together in less than 5 min. I will be buying a second one

Well, for the price it's actually pretty good. Assuming you're 5 feet 5 inches tall or shorter.
For the price, this actually is not a bad deal. If I had one big upfront gripe that would be the shipping cost which was ridiculous. First - If you are taller than 5 feet 5 inches (apologize for metric conversion, too lazy to do math atm) then you are too tall for this chair. Second - The arm rests are just fabric covering mulch wood more or less and you will disintegrate them from just putting weight on them, but the sides and overall structure integrity of the chair is quite high. Everything else about this chair is pretty good, but recommend at least a memory foam or similar firm pillow with also possible another pillow to sit on to get to average sitting height. This thing is extremely low. Right now I have two pillows for sitting and one bed reading pillow for the deteriorating arm rests and for back support because again this is a very low and small chair. Can fit this thing literally anywhere and assembly is extremely easy. Other than the armrests literally falling through on sides the structural integrity of this chair is very sound and I'm a very tall, big guy. Would I recommend this as a good solution for everyone? No, but if you're looking to save a buck and deal with having to cover the armrest sections with something to prevent disrepair it's not terrible. I was able to make this work but only with effectively engineering solutions for the chair's many detracting features. If you only plan to actually recline and are a smaller framed person than this chair is built for you. I attempted to "recline" in this thing and my legs were practically hanging off the end of this chair, but reclining and returning to sit position is smooth in my opinion. Easier than the 300 dollar cheap recliner I bought on amazon that is considerable bigger and more comfortable than this one for someone my size. But, you know at the end of the day you should just know what you're getting for the cheap alternative and where this is made craftsmanship is just expected to be poor. So be aware, and prepare for something to be off about it. If I could spend the money for lazy boy recliners I would be all over them.

Perfect for work and study
Ok, I have been using these recliners for the past few months now and I have to say so far it has kept up to my expectations. It is comfortable, lightweight, easy to transport and put together. I now permanently work from home so I use this recliner for work, studying, watching tv, having meals, relaxing (pretty much for everything because I live in a small apartment in NYC) I would suggest getting the fabric one as I feel it may last longer than the leather one. I’m very careful when using this chair and don’t use force while sitting or reclining. I also installed some cat scratch protection adhesive clear tapes and cut up an old IKEA throw cover to fit the headrest and seat to further protect the chair. Ok, the negatives: the quality of the entire recliners is not that great ( I guess this is what you would get for the price) I hear something cracking if I put some weight on the armrests, the headrest has somewhat adjusted to the weight of my head now and become a little sinkhole. Despite this I’m still happy with it because I know if I use it carefully it will last a few years. I was going to get the IKEA Gistad recliner for $199 but it was out of stock everywhere which is why I got this one, but I don’t regret it as it’s still a good buy.

Wearing down fast!
I purchased this recliner gift for my teenage son. We needed a chair for a very small space and this was a good fit. My son is 5’9” and 175 pounds and sits in the chair comfortably. His ankles do hang off the end, which I already expected from other reviewers and looking at the measurements of this chair. This aspect does not seem to bother him. Unfortunately, the foot rest does not stay up well with the weight of his legs on it. It would be nice if it locked in place as other recliners do. He is not even close to the weight limit on this chair and it should act as a recliner to support his legs. Also, you can see from my photos how badly the fabric is already wearing. There is a hole in one corner of the foot rest, and the entire seam looks like it’s ready to go. This has happened in one months time with normal usage of this recliner. The cushioning in the seat is also breaking down very quickly. I realize that this isn’t an expensive recliner, but falling apart and wearing down this quickly is beyond ridiculous! If you do not plan to use this much or as a recliner then it may work for you. UPDATE** I have lowered the rating to one star because this recliner will be unusable in another month or so. It has been used for only 2 months and is completely falling apart. There is now a sizable tear and complete wearing of the fabric to the point where it is almost see through. There is no support in the middle section of the foot rest, so the full weight of your legs is pushing on nothing but foam and fabric. I have included a photo of the underneath side to show how this footrest is about to completely fall out. It would be nice if the seller would acknowledge this problem. Not sure If I have a lemon or if this is common for their products.

Perfect for small spaces, or for your quarantine home bedroom office
Look, some of your Governor's might be opening up, but mine is not. And this isn't a political statement, it's just a fact. I've spent 6 weeks working from my bedroom because there are currently 4 of us working from home, and well let's just say, I never knew how uncomfortable my bed was until I spent 6 weeks straight in it. This chair is nearly perfect (but still perfect enough for 5 stars). It fits exactly where I need it to, in a corner between my bed and wall. It was super easy to put together, (less than 5 minutes) and it's actually quite comfty. I spent weeks looking for a chair. Mostly because I was waiting for that $$$ government money to be deposited. I'm glad I waited for Don's signature, because I would have just purchased some old arm chair. (Just kidding, my check was direct deposited, no signature needed.) DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR FOR THE MASSAGE FEATURE. Look, if you want a massage chair, go spend the money for a good massage therapist, or a good therapist, or a good chair, but don't expect to get any of those things with this chair. The massage feature is really just 8 different versions of vibrations, honestly, it's really annoying. But I didn't buy this chair for that feature. Also, the chair could be taller in height, but my bed could be shorter too and my window could sit lower too I suppose. Ok maybe the chair is fine in height (it's not, it could be taller, but again, you get what you pay for, and I'd buy this chair 100 more times). These two cons were not enough for me to take off a star. At least not today. I'll be back if I feel, after a global pandemic and the world burning down that I need to update this review.
