**Q: The birch smoked salt was broken. What do I do?**
A: When I ordered this 2 of the container where complete broken.  salt and glass was everywhere. The packaging was minimal at best.  I tried returning but Amazon said returns were impossible. So enjoy your 40$ broken glass and salt. I had to.

A: 3.17 ounces(90gm) per jar

**Q: Are these gluten free?**
A: My assumption would be they are gluten free as they are natural salts , the smoked salt has been smoked in a wood fire and is delectable , the only additive I have seen is the thyme added to that " flavor " but have no idea as to its being gluten free...

**Q: What is the ingredients list for the gift set?**
A: pure sea salt, and some have flavors embedded (lava, birch, seaweed, etc.) and all are very good, tasty salts...the flavors are mild but present and pleasant.
