Review: Terrific wrench storage - You know I can't think of a single negative about these. Fits a ton of wrenches and has extra slots. If you buy wrench sets they usually have 5 or 6 of each size in two size increments. The great thing about these is they have all the in between sizes, are pre labeled and hold a lot of wrenches making them all easily visible. I do not use the wrench finder thing as it seems like a lame concept. Stupidly I am lazy and look for the slot that says like 5/8 inch and put the 5/8 inch wrench in that slot. For those of you that need to slide the wrench along a finder bar to find the slot to put the wrench in ignoring the label size, well I just feel sorry for you. Cheap and works great. I have never been paid for a review or received free stuff to review ever.

Occasionally a wrench or two will hop out of its location in my traveling box but that’s to be expected when it’s in a trailer bouncing around for 800 miles. A lot of people are commenting on the mixing of SAE and metric in the reviews. I didn’t like this at first either but I’ve since gotten used to it and now I appreciate that I can fit two sets of wrenches in one drawer that used to take up two drawers. I’ve now organized my wrenches by type, standard box in one organizer, gear wrench reversible in another and standard gear wrench in the last. I don’t seem to have too much trouble reading the labels or finding which wrench I’m looking for. The sizing bar on the side is a gimmick IMO but it doesn’t take up much space so I don’t really care. I do have an extra long set of wrenches and a set of stubby wrenches that don’t work in these organizers. They’re really meant for just normal length.

**Q: I would be interested in a metric and SAE separately - do you have these?**
A: Well, the only thing that would need changing to make a tray metric or SAE is the size label. Some of our customers use the two colors we offer to keep tools separate (black/red for metric/SAE). Others print metric or SAE labels and replace the original ones.

**Q: How well does this hold a standard combination non-ratcheting chrome Kobalt wrench set?**
A: It holds my Craftsman set nicely.  It works well in a drawer or table top application.  If you plan to travel with it consider a unit with a lid or some type of hold down device.

**Q: do the wrenchs stick up above the organizer, if so about how much? I guess I'm asking what is the minimum drawer depth would this work with?**
A: Well, this depends also on the tool. The height of the tray measured inside is 1 1/8", so tools wider than that will stick out. We find typically a total height of tray loaded with tools in the range of 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" (various sets of wrenches used from Craftsmen to cheap Chinese brands).

**Q: Do Snap-On flank drive sets fit?**
A: Mine are just craftsmen wrenches. They truly just sit in the tray (not attached to any thing). I looked at the images of flank drive and don't see much of a difference. So i don't see why the wouldn't.

I bought this product initially because of hope lol i really needed to clean up my box and free up some tool storage real estate. well i can say with full confidence that this organizer did the trick as far as design and functional ideas it is a win i literally bought a couple of these already and they helped me turn four drawers of wrenches into 1 i will be purchasing two more because i have acquired a few new sets of wrenches that i will be giving the same treatment. very basic rugged design not much to break as far as tall tabs or flimsy molding defects it is actually pretty straight forward and built pretty tough as far as some other reviews saying that they have had wrenches fall out well unless you are throwing your drawers closed like the hulk on a bad day or your wrenching in space with the absence of gravity these seem to hold them in the slots just fine you be the judge i open and close my drawers like a normal person on a noral day and the racks are full and nothing miraculously jumped out of place. the sizing bar could have been a little more precise as far as fitment to the wrenches open end but not a deal breaker also i wish it carried sizes bigger than 19mm or 3/4 but i guess it was made for generic wrench sets that run the normal range (which is still not a deal breaker just a pain in the ass because i happen to have a large assortment of larger wrenches that i wish i had a nice home for like this organizer it was border line as far as ratings go i wanted to give it 5 stars but because of the sizing bar and the lack of larger sizes it rendered a 4 star rating
