I didn't necessarily have low expectations for this product when I purchased it. I just had no expectations. I, of course, was hopeful, but I was prepared to feel no effects (positive or negative). I have tried so many sleep supplements over the years as I struggle with insomnia, but nothing has ever worked consistently for me. That was until I found this supplement. I am so pleasantly surprised by this product! It worked the first night that I took it, but I still wasn't expecting it to continue to work because I've had other supplements work for a day or two and then they stop. This continues to work. I fall asleep very quickly, and it's a very natural transition. My eyelids start to feel heavy, and I just drift off. I don't wake up in the middle of the night; and if I do, I drift right back to sleep without tossing and turning. And, the best part is that I wake up feeling refreshed! I have more energy than I've had in a while, and I have no grogginess or "brain fog". I can't begin to state how happy I am with this supplement and how life-changing it has been. Even my mood is better. I had forgotten how restorative a good night's sleep can be! I plan to continue purchasing this product.

Like that it doesn't have stinky valerian root in it, yet works well. Smells like a nice herbal tea. One mg of melatonin is a good level.

This product works fast and doesn’t leave you feeling groggy in the morning only con is the taste is really bad, I have to drink milk with it.

Found it weak to provide restful sleep.

It helps a little, but for the price I expect more.

I loved this Sleepy Sleep product, I havent slept that peacefully in a long time. There is only 1 thing that I might would change and that is for them to be alittle smaller.
