FYI. If you’ve used this before you know it’s non soluble. It doesn’t mix well with most things, but I mixed it with my protein shake and it mixed just fine. Not sure if it does with all, but I use premiere protein powder with water (chocolate). It fully mixed with everything so I thought I’d share.

This great colostrum. I have noticed a difference in my gut health and even my hair and nails. My hair was thinning a bit by my temple. After taking this for a few weeks I noticed it started to fill in. My nails also started becoming stronger. There is very minimal taste to it. I can drink it in plain water. It can clump up if you don't stir it well. But even when it has clumped I still drink it without problems and I typically won't drink anything that tastes bad. Very happy with this product.

It does not mix well and does not taste amazing. It does however make me feel powerful. I have been taking product for over a year now and have noticed that rarely get sick and when I did get sick, I do not feel as bothered. There are no other ingredients in this mix, so if you complain about it's ability to dissolve or about its taste look for one with sunflower oil or some other seed oil slop.

I find it not smooth and makes lumps in my drink so I am not happy

Very good. Dissolves easily and has minimal taste. I will buy this brand again.
