The unit really looks nice and the quality of the valves and nozzles feel to be good quality. Replacement parts are easily available. I had some challenges preparing for installation. Wall fittings did not fit and hoses were too short. I sourced alternate parts. Before I modified the shower piping, I set the panel up to test the operation. I found the overhead shower flow and the spray nozzles operate independently. Can't have sprays on at the same time as shower head. Also the 8 nozzles are grouped into 2 sets of four. The two sets of nozzles work separately. I don't see a reason for the independent nozzle sprays. The tub fill setting is not useful to a walk in shower. I've decided to return the panel.

This shower is totally worth it! The features are phenomenal. The only suggestion I have is to be able to utilize more functions at the same time. You can do the nozzles all at once as long as you leave the lever in the middle of the two. If two significantly different height people are using, measure more towards the height of the shorter person (as you can rotate the nozzles and they can bend down) otherwise they will get a stream of water angled towards their face. lol We had a plumber install since we were completely redoing the bathroom. They thought very highly of the shower as well. We also installed a well-known brand rain shower head in the center of the shower. The Blue Ocean outperforms the rain shower head and is much easier to control the temperature of the water. If you are on the fence, hop of it and grab this!

While I was impressed with the build and price, Once I got it installed with the contractor. We could not get it to work. First the box did not come with instructions. Then I did research here and found on how to install it. Now once we installed (New piping done behind) the water is not coming in. The hot water is working properly but there is no cold water. we tested this with out connecting the unit and both hot and cold are working fine. Not sure if I got a defective unit or not. I don't have a phone number to call as well. Will try to call Amazon tomorrow to see if they can help. Meanwhile if any one can help please post the number. Now I am in a fix, I have done re-piping. Made a mistake of not testing this before doing anything around piping. but how will I do it even if I have to test it? Any case, Will post a update once I /contractor can call the company for install help. Lets see Update#1 4/7 I had to remove the whole unit and then replace the cold flex pipe with a new one. Something is not working right for the one that came installed. Now the shower is working fine. One thing I noticed is the rainfall shower handle is little too small, a 4 or 5 in extension would have been helpful or another bend would have worked. Other than that love the jets and the temperature display. Update#2 4/14 Well With in a week's time the temperature display stopped working - Changed battery but still not working. It is displaying the temperature at the beginning but after 10 seconds it goes off. I press the button in the front, IT comes on but goes off again. Some time it blinks randomly. I may have to call the support folks. The shower it self is running fine. All the stuff is working still. Update#3 5/19 Excellent Customer service, They sent me a new nozzle and I was asked to replace it. It was relatively easy if you know some basic plumbing techniques. Any way the problem reported in #2 is now fixed. Everything is working fine. 5* if not for this one inconvenience I had to go thru. Jets and Rain shower are working fine. I would have loved little more pressure but thats my house problem. Update#4 2/20/2015 Close to one year, Still going strong. No issues. Just don't forget to test full functionality before installing it in the wall. also dont forget to change the temperature guage to F. Its quite useful. Wanted to buy one more for my second bath but the price has been increased. Hope they run a sale soon. I would gladly buy one more .
