I’ve been taking the Ocean Blue Omega-3 with vanilla flavor for years, and it’s my go-to supplement. The softgels are easy to swallow, have no fishy odor or aftertaste, and never cause “fishy breath.” I love that I can subscribe and not worry about running out. Great quality and consistency — I highly recommend them!

For anyone looking for omega 3, this is the one. I like that there is DPA. Helps with brain support and mood disorders. I also like that it has a vanilla smell and it has no after taste. The pills are alittle big but are worth it. Overall great quality omegas.

I like it. Each softgel is a little big to swallow, however doable. The "natural” flavor helps and is subtil.

I was taking the Omega 3 by themselves from Oceanblue but then I found these that also contain Vitamin D3 which is a great addition to what I already take for the day. After taking these for a couple of months, my bloodwork came back better than before. Great quality and won’t cost a fortune. Easy on the stomach.

I struggled to find high doses of both vitamin D and Omega 3, and struggled more with the size and taste of the pills. While these are still on the large size, they are more the consistency of a gel cap (like an average omega 3/fish oil pill); and UNLIKE fish oil pills, these are “flavored” vanilla, which is very subtle and I can actually smell it more than taste it. The point being, they don’t taste disgusting, so I have no problem swallowing them, and there’s absolutely NO fishy aftertaste or burps (if you know, you know). The best part is that I actually do feel a difference when I’m taking them regularly. It has a big impact on my mental health (why is why I started taking it in the first place, recommended by the doctor). I wasn’t able to get it in the store for a few months, which is when I ordered it from Amazon, and in those months I noticed that I was grumpier, and just in a more foul mood in general. It has become part of my mental health treatment to take this, just like I would any of my other prescribed medications. I highly recommend.

This product was recommended to me by a friend who has taken them. It’s a good value for the money and it’s quality. They are on the large side and you need to take two. I would recommend taking one and then drink a couple of gulps of water or other liquid and then take the other one with a couple of good size gulps for them to go down.

I’ve been ordering these for quite some time and they are always great quality and NO fish taste, burps, or smells. They’re big pills, but they go down easy. They work on my sore knee joints and my dry eyes. I feel the difference.
