Only a 4 because I wish they were a bit more high waisted. I have a longer torso than most. Sometimes they roll because of that. I still wear them for support at work. Makes me feel more secure

Maybe size down. I’m 5’6 165 Lbs bought large not much tummy control.

So I’ve been searching for a nice tight underwear, and I decided to give these a try. I do have loose skin or a “mommy pouch.” I’m 5’6 and 208lb for reference. I started with the large I tried them and they really did give that lower belly compression but the skin did go over the top of the underwear so I was happy about the compression not so happy about the other issue, which made me realize that maybe the underwear was to small so I decided to go with an xlarge. I finally received the xl and they went on super easy, but no compression at all! Almost a little loose. So basically large was to small for me and xl was to big! So confusing. Decided to return everything all together.

First time I bought these pants I was a little skeptical, but they are so lightweight and feels so good on I would recommend these pants 100%

I absolutely love these high-waisted no-show underwear! They stay in place all day long and never roll down, which is a huge win for me. The material is just the right thickness, not too thin, and it doesn’t show underneath my clothes, making it perfect for any outfit. Highly recommend!
