If you have a teething little one this is a life saver!! My go to when other teething measures dont help. I feel baby is safe when using this product. Does numb the gums pretty well, even works for adults because I have tried it on myself before putting it in my kids' mouth. I've purchased this product many times over the years. Highly recommend if you want your little to have some sense of relief when going through those teething phases. I also like that for the money it comes with 2 small tubes (remember a little goes a long way).

What can I say about orajel? Using orajel during teething is a life saver. I did not notice the difference between the night and day time but they both worked to help soothe my children’s gums during teething. I would recommend and keep on hand for teething babies.

The box arrived a little worse for wear, but the gels inside were intact. I tried it on my gums first - and could feel the numbing immediately. Within a couple of seconds of applying it to baby, she went from quietly miserable back to smiling and playing. This will be so helpful to lengthen the time between doses of Tylenol.
