wow wow wow. I suffer from terrible IBS symptoms and after one use, can truly say this saved my week. Was not at all painful/cramping, took 2 after dinner and woke up and was able to have regular movements after being constipated for 7 days. This is totally worth the value for the money. It has high quality for its value and it really helps me a ton! I have been using this product for the last 3 years and it really helps me function. I use two in the evening with my dinner. They do have a little bit of a spice taste in them if you leave them in your mouth too long but they are a regular size capsule that is very easy to swallow. I find using them with a quality male psyllium capsule like pure, amity, or zero really enhances the function, comfort and benefits of Dr Schulz’s intestinal formula #1. These have made the quality of my life so much better for me. It helps me have good energy since I don’t have to feel sluggish in the morning anymore because it gets things moving and I’m off to my day. I like calling them “the spice,” pill in front of friends and family and I make sure I never run out and keep these in stock. I don’t travel without them. I keep them on my person for outings because otherwise I just don’t feel well. They keep me happy and healthy for my every day life.

I’ve been using this product for over 20 years and it continues to be a superior laxative. Over the years I have tried all different kinds of laxatives & this by far is the most effective & works well with my body. Of course, the habernero pepper can be a bit much if your stomach is sensitive. I just make sure I take it right after I have eaten & especially, do not lie down right after taking it lest you experience acid reflux.

Husband calls these 'Russia's Thunderbolts' and he ain't kidding. He uses these occasionally and taken at night, has the problem solved by morning. I've suffered from severe constipation my entire life. Nothing really worked - exercise, fiber, water etc. I didn't want to become dependent on laxatives but dang...it was so frustrating. I came to sort of accept that this would be a major part of my life forever. A nurse suggested I take this once a day, twice if I feel really backed up and it will get things working - she wasn't kidding! I take one once a day as a regular routine and for the most part, I'm regular - at least a lot more than I used to be. Still drinking as much water and getting exercise and eating fiber as before. Start with one at night with a big glass of water. I wouldn't recommend taking in the morning unless you know what to expect or at home, near a bathroom. I don't get any accessive gas, bloating, or cramps. Very gentle.
