What are wrist wraps used for?

Wrist wraps are used to support your wrists during heavy lifting, helping to stabilize the joint, reduce strain, and boost performance in exercises like bench presses, overhead presses, and push-ups.

When should I wear wrist wraps?

Wear wrist wraps during heavy pressing or pushing exercises, such as bench press, shoulder press, or handstand push-ups. They’re also useful for high-rep workouts when your wrists feel fatigued.

How tight should wrist wraps be?

Wrist wraps should be snug but not so tight they cut off circulation. You want enough compression to feel secure without causing discomfort or restricting movement.

Can beginners use wrist wraps?

Yes, beginners can use wrist wraps to learn proper wrist alignment and avoid strain as they build strength. They’re great for preventing bad habits and staying injury-free.
