I like the price and the fast retraction. I used it once in damp vegetation. When I used it the second time, the numbers had faded about 30% on one side. Still usable, but... UPDATE - Seller contacted me and asked for additional information. I sent photos and LAND responded immediately to correct the problem. I changed review to 5 Star because I very much like the product and am very impressed with the voluntary offer from customer service to help me.

High quality, heavy duty and very useful tap measure.

I used it about 20 times and the handle broke off. I tried to still use it but it didn’t work. No way to put the handle back on, it is poorly made. Hopefully, I got the one bad out there but, I’m definitely disappointed.

The tape reels up and unreels very easy. Tape material is durable enough to pul tight over a distance. The handle makes it very portable. The measurement markings are very easy to read. All in all I believe it is a good value for the money. My purchase was to help map out my survey pins. As I said. Worked perfect. Would recommend.
