It is a nail strengthener according to the item description. It works exactly as indicated. I visit nail salons infrequently, but when I do I have my nails dipped and then gel polished. I have nails with ridges. The dip and gel process make it difficult for me to type, which is key to my job. I bought this product based on the ratings as an alternative. It does take 3 coats to cover the ridges but the polish is forgiving and the result is a shiny professional looking nail polish. It dries in reasonable time. I chose Milky White which is perfect for me as it adds a tint of color without being overpowering. If you want an easy to apply, correcting, nail strengthening, lightly tinted polish, this one is impeccable! I am incredibly impressed with the results!

This is a first time for me with a product like this and I honestly found application very difficult. Like I’m not kidding, I had to restart 4 different times and used half the bottle to finally get how to correctly apply this. (Sorry for the long review just hope the tips helps some people out) I got the jelly white and as the product advertises you need to put multiple coats to really get that milky white appearance. I personally do not agree at all with reviews that says it dries quickly and goes on smoothly (maybe if you’re doing one coat but you won’t get any color with that). It takes FOREVER to dry and application is not smooth at all, it’s like school glue! It is a thick, jelly, glue like consistency, I honestly kept rechecking the product to see if I needed a UV light. So you really need to put a very thin layer on and let it really dry!!! I let my first coat dry for over 2 hours before I put the second coat on and did the same for the third coat. The first coat will feel like it dried immediately but not if you plan to add another coat, then it’s really not dry and the next coat will just turn into a sticky mess. You can do light activities while it drys (like I did my elliptical) I just mean it is not next coat dry. I honestly will probably add a fourth coat tomorrow to achieve the full milky white color I want but am too tired from all the other coats to finish up today, lol. I will also say, taking this polish off when it is not fully dry, is a sticky disaster. Anyways some tips if you’re new to this product like I was: 1. Make sure to not get any on your skin and if you do take the time to wipe it off. Because it is jelly consistency it will never dry on your skin and it is basically attached to the paint on your nail so the nail won’t ever dry either and will just get dents and peel/smudge off. 2. I also suggest lightly tapping the end/tip of your nail right after applying polish to get the excess polish off. I say this because it’s kind of like a builder so the polish is accumulating up there (you probably won’t even notice till the 3rd coat) and the more coats you apply the thicker it gets, meaning it won’t dry because it’s actually not your nail but is just a goop of polish sitting there. 3. As I already said, do thin layers your first couple of coats. On your last coat I would say to get more polish on the brush to make that layer the smoother thicker looking coat. I overall like it, as it does feel a bit more gel like and a bit more sturdy of polish than traditional polish. I can’t say how long it will last or if I will see improvement in my nail strength yet. I probably will buy again but overall will say, if you’re a messy quick nail polish girl where you usually just paint and get some on your skin with the intention soap and water will eventually wash it off, this product may not be for you. It takes patience.

Easy application, good color depth, easy air dry. This was a step out color for me, wanted to try a white that was subtle not glaring. This is it!

I had acrylic nails on my nails for a few years, gel on my toes. My nails have been paper thin, splitting horizontally and a few with odd shape. I tried another product and nothing changed, THIS stuff is amazing! I highly recommend. You do have to put it on twice a day but it really helps.

Took a chance on this and I have to admit, I’m seeing notable results. My nails were so damaged - thin and peeling from years of getting gel in salons. To be honest, I haven’t been fully dedicated to the twice-daily regiment but I have used it at least once daily for about two weeks now, while filing edges as needed. It’s definitely helping, which has motivated me to make a more concerted effort to apply morning and evenings. I wish it could help with the ridges but that’s just age and I’m not sure any product could fix that problem. Cuticles have improved as well!

Can't even open the bottle. Cap is on so tight, just cannot open.
