I bought it for travel to connect my iPhone HDMI adapter to hotel TVs. The cable is very robust... perhaps too much so for travel. It is pretty heavy - maybe a pound or so - and the ferrite beads seem unnecessary for a cable this short. It's also pretty stiff. I can't really fault the cable for that, though. That's my fault for buying such a bulky cable. Anyway, it works great for my iPhone.
