Made is USA **Q: Dries Quick?** A: No, not really. It dries to the touch fairly quickly, but it remains soft and mess-up-able for several hours. I either paint mine in the evening a couple of hours before bed, then no socks to bed, or I paint them during the day and wear flip flops all day. What number is this?** A: We are 7 free made in USA and we can call it 11 free but rest of numbers means nothing because non of there chemicals are not in nails polishes.
