I've been on Wegovy for a while now and at first I dealt with a lot of nausea and stomach upset after eating a meal. This has been a life saver for me and the only thing that worked that also wouldn't break my pocket and the taste was something that wasn't bad at all. I took this everywhere with me. I didn't want to be without it and although the stomach upset is fewer and far between now, I still carry it in my purse in case needed.

Effective as hoped! If you need a simple alleviation from an icky gut, this will help settle whatever gunk you may be feeling. Normally I do baking soda and water, so its nice having an option without the baking soda taste

Great for heartburn especially when you don't need aspirin. Confusingly, that appears to be the main difference of this product compared to standard Alka-Seltzer. From what I can tell it has more or less the same effect on heartburn, and doesn't include aspirin which is not something I've ever needed from this product. It tastes a little less alkaline than the regular, which surprised me, so it may be more pleasant if that flavor turned you off.

5 stars for the fact that this is a great product. Unfortunately Amazon is getting terribly bad at delivering anything on time!

Works fairly well but not as well as I remember it did eons ago but it is more than acceptable IMO.
