I bought this as a first scooter to learn on. I think it looks great and also liked that it has a seat just in case. I have only had it a few days but it has exceeded my expectations. The scooter is very sturdy and seems well built. I am 6'4" 200 lbs and it goes about 26 top speed for me which is plenty. The ride is smooth and I rode it on grass tonight and it did great. I live in downtown St. Petersburg FL which is very scooter friendly but the rentals only go 15 so this is much better. At 25 mph the motor barely feels like it's working. I'm sure it can go faster if some settings were changed but I don't know how to do that. I am pleased with my purchase and it is so much fun to ride.

A great ride. If you figure out how to change some settings without killing the battery even better. For now, it’s what I wanted. Great speed for the money. A bit heavy but, it’s durable. Still folds nicely when I’m on the commuter train. Overall, great purchase. Update: So it's been a month or so now. I've played around with the setting. Can't really remember how I got there. But, if you change one to get more speed , will drain the battery. Another one will tell you , you're at full charge when you're not. However I was able to get it back to a normal setting. With that being said. I've looked at some of these reviews. I don't know what to make of it. It's a great scooter. I'm 217lbs and I've been up to 45-46kmph. On a flat road. Very sturdy. I even hit a crater on the road and it took it like a champ. ( the side of the crater. I thought I was going down. ) but I didn't. Just came back from a ride. 11miles round trip. Not even half battery usage. The one thing I will say is, you must watch how you throttle. If you're in the 3rd gear traveling up hill or doing 35-40 for long stretches, you will drain the battery some. It is a bit heavy and I'm good with that. Love the headlight. The flashing lights. Did I mention the speed this thing gets? And going up hills on this. It flys up a gradual grade. An immediate steep hill may take a little more power but, it takes the hill at around 10-12kph. Still better than my other scooter. I would buy this again if my wife wanted one. If not, I may buy the next level that has a dual motor. Assembly was no problem. Came without the seat attached which if fine. Two keys, still fits in the back of my Rogue. What more can I say? Buy it!!!!

If I could give this scooter -1 stars, I absolutely would. I bought this scooter for my son back in April, and it didn’t even last 30 days before it broke for the first time. Since then, it has broken three separate times. We’ve had issues with the motor, the handlebar attachment, the wiring, and now the throttle. It’s been one problem after another. To make matters even worse, I’ve exchanged 65 messages with the seller over the last three months. Every response takes 24–48 hours, and when they finally do reply, it’s always the same answer: “We’ll send you a replacement part.” Then you wait another 2–3 weeks for the part to arrive, only to discover they sent another defective part. Meanwhile, the scooter is still unusable. My son has basically been without his scooter for the entire summer because the seller refuses to properly resolve the issue. Instead of standing behind their product, they refused to issue a refund and offered to send me a used scooter instead. Why would I accept a used scooter that’s likely to have the same issues as the brand-new one I already bought? I’ve been an Amazon customer for over 10 years, and I have never dealt with a seller this unprofessional or this unwilling to make things right. Even Amazon has stepped in and contacted the seller on my behalf, yet they still refuse to provide a reasonable resolution. This has been, by far, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and stay far away from this seller and this scooter.

Literally screaming this review! BUY IT!! The scooter is crazy awesome! It’s well built. Easy to assemble. Rugged. Holds up with daily use. Battery is long lasting. Charges fast. Goes fast. And THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!! I’ve been emailing with customer service. He is prompt and extremely helpful! It’s a win all the way around! This is a must have scooter!!!

Was a gift. She loved it. Everything they said it was. Easy to put together. Lots of fun. Fast. Now the Fed-X driver and company needs lots of improvement delivery was late as usual then there is a small spot where it say “delivery instructions “ and gave them instructions and they didn’t follow them and handed the birthday gift to my wife instead. So ya! Thanks butt&$@&$. Glad they can drive better than they can follow directions. Except I’m a truck driver and I see that they can’t drive either.

Battery lasts long time and my roommate rides it to work 2 miles away and it’s great he’s an adult and says it’s sturdy too! He doesn’t ride with the seat on yet he just like to stand but don’t not buy this just because it has a seat It’s a great stand up scooter too

After less than 2 months of riding there has been several problems. Regarding a serious safety issue with my Aoniu M4 electric scooter. I'm experiencing multiple problems: 1. The headlights turn on automatically when I turn the key, even when the light button is not pressed. This was not the case when I first got the scooter. 2. The rear brake light sensor is permanently stuck in the "on" position without me pressing the brake. Because of this, the throttle is completely locked out and the scooter will not accelerate making it completely unrideable. 3. Most importantly, when I apply light pressure to the rear fender near the motor, the scooter produces visible sparks. This is a serious fire and electrical hazard. I have stopped using the scooter immediately for safety reasons. These all appear to be related electrical/wiring defects and I believe this is covered under warranty. I would like a replacement or repair as soon as possible. 4. The seat attachment came with it and the screws are like diamond you cannot take them off 10 YouTube videos later and still the screws would not come out even with a drill and professional tools in just stripped the screws insides and didn’t come off the put the foot rest that it comes with. DON’T buy listen to these bad comments my son road this for a while and he knows how it works has about 300+ kilometers and the quality is not up to date. Sent a email to the manufacturers about the warranty for a replacement or refund as this not a safe thing to ride at all.
