Love this rod and reel. Very light weight. I've bought 4 more since I liked it so much.

First one I ordered broje on me right after where the two ends join. Very possible it could've been my carelessness that got it broke or pressure cracked and it fully broke when I set the first hook. Disappointed, but once I contacted Kastkibg to ask how to get a replacement tip. They was having none of it. They didn't care what happened. They back their product. Before I got a response back a new one was already on the way. So I ordered a 3rd one to have a back up and a new rid for my father. Customer service like that, can't go wrong. They have been very great to work with and answer all my little wants and needs. Nothing is perfect and from time to time thay bad egg gets in the bunch. They will cover you regardless no questions asked.

I ordered the top water rod and feels great so far! It has good flex, but not too much. Having too much flex on a top water rod prevents a good hook set, especially if you fish with frogs like I do. The color is amazing too! Depending on the angle and light, the rod can appear to be different colors. It is comfortable to grip and easy to cast. I generally avoid two piece rods if I can, because I have had issues with them coming apart after the cast. This one feels snug and should not fall apart easily. Overall, nice top water rod!

This is a great quality rod blank. IM7. Anyone who knows anything about fishing probably has multiple of the IM blanks in there arsenal. High recommend. And the new hook keeper are great! Absolutely gorgeous colors and it really pops in the sunlight!

A little stiffer than I was hoping for, but it gets the job done. You don't have to spend a lot of money for a good rod. Sure I recommend it.
