They’re long, so you need to cut them to the right length. They’re different sizes so you can put on various items besides wearing utensils. I put them on pens so a family member could continue to write. You need to have grip strength to put them on the item you want to expand the diameter of, so the person with hand numbness or arthritis most likely cannot apply these themselves

My father is 87 years old and has Parkinson's. The foam grip made handles a larger target for him to grab onto and are soft enough that he can squeeze a little to maintain his hold on things. These are a very helpful adaptive accessory.

They were to big for my fingers but they were just what they said they were good

I bought these for my 7 year old son to put on his pencils so reduce hand fatigue but they are enormous. And of course don't fit a pencil.
