I'm trying stainless for the first time in years. It's taking a little getting used to and it is definitely not non-stick, but cleaning is easy. I like this set because it's pretty but not expensive; it has little weight to it, but not too heavy; I feel it's healthier than nonstick; and I can practice with it before I should decide to invest in something more expensive later. One thing I noticed in other reviews are the complaints about cleaning and losing the pretty shine. So I tested this out. First I clean with microfiber cloth and dish soap. Then to remove cloudy/milky looking spots or other discolorations, I pour in enough white vinegar to cover entire bottom of pan, add a generous amount of baking soda, swirl over problem area and let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then rinse. Ta-da! Looks pretty darn close to brand new. You really can make them look shiny and new again, if you really want to.

I have a family of 8 these pots are great for cooking for many and the quality is awesome handles can’t fall off very solid all around

These are high quality pots. They have a strong base heat up fast, and cleaning them is so easy. If you want high quality chef cookware then you need to order these, and they are oven safe.
