Review: Very sharp and lovely! - Very nice beginner knives! These are going to be perfect for culinary school. I like the handles on them, they're quite comfortable to hold. Blades are extremely sharp. I was going to test them later today but did an accidental test on my thumb unpacking the knives. Completely my fault. But barely touching the blade left a clean slice on the top of my thumb. Just be very careful, its like cutting through soft butter with these!
