Will these shirts shrink in the dryer?

All cotton shrinks a bit. Dry on low heat only to minimize shrinkage. I like a loose fit with t-shirts, so I buy a larger size than my regular shirts. RL cotton wears well and shrinks very little.

I am 6 foot and about 140 pounds, should I get a small or medium?

my husband is 5 ft 6 and 170 pound. he wears medium size. He looks like less than 150pounds. it perfect fit for him.
