Just received the product and it works very well for us
Quick facts about the product what are you looking to know and want to know when you read the review. 1. It went together quickly and had a few extra parts rubber footing. Comes with the pipes a bag of bolts and instructions. 2. You can adjust this in several ways we have eyes adjusted not so far out and we using sandbags just to currently, when we start to get a little bit better will widen the rack and get four sandbags. 3. Stability is good has to be adjusted Front and back, The machine is a little sloppy left to right. But it’s not meant to be used left and right pulling it. Using it front to back with sandbags is really good without the sandbags is also really good but if you really pull on the bar it might hop a little without the sandbags. Overall for a product at folds up and is portable this is a really good deal. 4. Sturdiness instability is really good for this movable portable product. You can’t compare it to full gymnastics bar that is tied down to the floor this one is movable and it does move a little bit but overall is very sturdy and does the job very well. 5. Putting it together was fast everything works good and if anything goes wrong we will update with you later. One note is the top pole was a little off not bad but it is a few centimeters very few pieces of paper off on the inner top bolts. It’s just the support bolts that stop the inner pole from moving too far that’s the pole that’s loose not the outer pole that’s bolted down. Hope the review helps others in judging if they want to buy this or not, we would recommend it it’s a good product and thanks to the hats off to the guy that made it.

The best.
I have a very small apartment and flimsy door frames, wanted to do chin-ups at home. Power Towers took up a significant chunk of space. Stumbled upon this, thought I'd give it a shot. Was skeptical as this wasn't from a gym equipment company, but rather a person who seems to manufacture only this one thing. It exceeded expectations. Well designed, solid build quality, exceptional stability. Not only can I do chin-ups, it's stable enough to do all sorts of ring work on, and feels 100% stable for my 210lbs 6'3 self. Has padded handles, and also hooks you can use for things like resistance bands. (Rings in the picture are my own) Folds up flat against the wall. Setting it up is a matter of adjusting 4 screws (I use a ratchet, so it takes about 2 minutes). This seems to be a case of "person who wants a product for themselves, so they built it" on the part of the inventor, and it ticks all the boxes of height, stability, and minimal use of space when not in use. Assembly is a bit tricky to get everything to line up, but this is due to the geometry of lining up 4 independent poles. The parts themselves all lined up perfectly once I could wrap my head around how to put it together. Height adjustment is difficult, so I just picked one that worked pretty well and stuck with that. Difficulty of adjustment, and needing to use a wrench to set up / put away are my only gripes. Otherwise 100% would recommend, would buy again, have not found anything else even remotely as useful. I would set it higher, but it already maxes out my apartment's 9' ceilings on the second-highest setting.

The best!
Okay, so this thing is expensive. I know, but it is most definitely worth it. I researched this and a handful of other pull up bars and this is something I'm surprised the calisthenics community doesn't talk more about. It is in fact easy to assemble. Although, due to the size and shape, having someone give you a hand makes it easier. The instructions are very clear and the manufacturer has videos on YouTube, showing how to construct this magical piece of equipment. It is very adjustable. If you are tall, like myself, this is wonderful and can be made so that your toes do not touch the ground. Most door frame bars and free standing bars never seem to be quite the right height, or are a bit flimsy. This build is very sturdy and be reduced in size as well to perform bar rows and dips. I also use rings in my training and herein lies a bit of a issue. Unless you are doing almost completely horizontal rows, the pull on the rings will tip over. This is only something I have encountered doing ring rows at a high angle. This is easily fixed by weighing down one or both floor bars. Otherwise no tipping over or wobble. My only other caveat would be maybe find some locking pins to use on the side support bars, instead of the bolts that come with the bar. It would just make it a little easier and quicker than having to finger loosen the nut. But definitely not that big of a concern. Despite the very few small critiques, I think this bar is near perfect.

As good as advertised, maybe better
I've had mine for a few months. It is working great and feels like a lifetime purchase. It is plenty of value for the money. I don't think there is anything else really like it and would recommend it heartily. Purchasing this went very smoothly. The seller reached out to ensure my choices and shipping plan was correct and clear. They were cautious in shipping promises, but the package arrived more quickly than expected (ships from overseas). The packaging was sturdy and protective. With all metal parts and powder coating, this is important. There were only one or two minor scuffs on the finish but nothing detrimental. Putting the rack together couldn't have been easier. This has clearly been well designed and tested for assembly. Part sizes are exact and hardware complexity is minimized. The frame itself is heavy and sturdy. There may be people for whom this isn't big enough or heavy enough, but you are talking extreme outlier height/weight types (college/pro basketball, NFL linemen, etc.). Amateur athletes and weekend warriors will have no issues. Being able to fold this away into a tight space is such a game changer for your home gym. I have it set up in my home office. It opens up and folds away in less than a minute. But remember it is heavy, so when folding it away make sure you can secure it - if it falls, it is breaking something, maybe you. There is only one knock on this piece IMO, which is the choice of hardware. To keep assembly simple and costs lower, there are only 2 bolt sizes and one nut-thread size. The bolts and nuts are hex and so can be easily tightened down with any spanner, socket, or even adjustable wrench. That works to build the stand, but it isn't the best set of hardware to own and use this thing long term. First, for the joints that don't move/rotate/disassemble, plan to add pipe washers (curved) for additional friction along with locknuts or lock washers for long term torque. Second, for the parts that disassemble for storage or moving, plan to add lock washers and to replace the hex nuts with wingnuts. You certainly can skip this, but in that case you are either a) keeping wrenches nearby for torqueing nuts whenever you adjust the frame, or else b) hand tightening your hex nuts, which is wrong and unsafe for a device you're putting your body weight on. In conclusion this stand is highly recommended, but I also suggest dropping a few extra dollars for the best hardware. You'll enjoy this for life.

Really good, exactly what I wanted.
Arrived early, I followed the assembly youtube video it took me about an hour. I am a tall guy so those door frame ones or shorter bars just dont give me full extension hangs. Hanging is so great but the nearest park with a bar is too far. This bar now lets me do it at home anytime and its foldable so I can store it when needed.

Defective parts, impossible to assemble
I would give this zero stars if I could. The very first bar I needed to build it was defective and missing a hole drilled all the way through, so there’s no way to put a bolt through the bar to attach it to other bars. I realize now other buyers had the same issue. Now I’m stuck having to somehow repackage all the bars and bolts and take the box to UPS and hope for a refund. Do not buy this product, it’s a scam

Great bar!
Very sturdy and reliable bar for pull ups and other exercises! I would recommend gymnastic rings if you don’t want to drop all that money on a bar. And if you do get the bar, gymnastic rings also pair very well with it. You can hang the gymnastic rings from it and do a TON of exercises.

SOLID! I am very happy
I am over 6' and 200 lbs and this thing is ROCK SOLID... I feel totally confident working out and it's both well made and well packaged, so it thankfully arrived in perfect condition. I was a little worried about such a large heavy box, but they thought it out well and it arrived with no damage. I like calisthenics and don't want to go or pay for a gym membership, so this paid for itself soon enough. I a paired it with some adjustable "gymnast rings" and can do a nice variety of exercises well beyond your typical pull ups / chin ups... this thing will last a lifetime and it was simple to assemble and everything from the powder coating, the nuts & bolts and the rubber pads to keep it steady are all of great quality. I can't walk by the thing without doing at least some hanging stretches a few times a day too... love it.

Exactly what I was looking for
During the COVID crisis (still happening as I write), I needed something to workout on because my gym is closed. When I have no access to a gym I usually like to do weighted calisthenics (weighted pull ups, weighted ring dips, etc). At 6'2'', ~210 lbs I need something sturdy, especially if I'm hanging on it with weight. Normal pull up bars that attach to the door frame might work, but I don't want to damage anything in my condo and I don't feel safe attaching weight to myself with these products. I also want a product that can be easily stored and disassembled in case my gym re-opens and I don't need it much anymore. Furthermore, I needed something that shipped fast because I don't want to lose any gains. Luckily I found the KT pull up bar on amazon. I have no idea why this hasn't been invented by anyone else because it is a great idea and easily meets all the requirements I was looking for. It is completely sturdy, easy to build, collapsible with quick assembly/disassembly and to boot it was sent extremely fast with fedex. So far I've only done pull-ups and ring dips on it without weight, but the sturdy feel it provides hints that it will have no problem when I attach weight to myself. I will edit this review if I find any problems, but so far everything is precisely what I wanted. I would recommend this product primarily for people close to 6ft or taller because when assembled it can be quite tall (mine is set around 7ft and this is comfortable for me). While the height can be shortened, this makes the base wider and it can take up a lot of space in the room. I believe there is a smaller KT pull up bar which might be better for people that don't want it this tall. So keep that in mind before you order.

Sturdy and stable!
Worth every penny! I mainly do calisthenics workouts and with the gyms being closed and having restrictions I needed a way to continue my body weight workouts and after doing some research I came across this. So easy to put together and break back down. I haven't tried muacle ups with it yet but I'm certain that it will do the job perfectly. So far the pullups and chinups have been amazing using this setup. Better than most gym setups which have the curved bars. Don't waste your money on the door pullup bars and make this investment and you'll be happy with the long term gains you make with it.
