What’s the inside hook dimension

On the N232 - 975, it is about 1 1/8 in from side to side and about 1 1/4 inch in depth at the hook. On the N232-934, it is 3/4 inch from side to side and about 1 inch in depth at the hook. This is on the hooks themselves. Not sure if that's what you are asking about.

what is the inside diameter of the hook?

3/4 of an inch. Measured with verniers so .750/.749. I have 2 units that I checked

How much weight can these J bolts hold safely?

Looking at mine I say at least 100lbs and probably more. Pretty decent quality for what they are

Seem solid

I used these for a barricade. I was worried about wear on the threads and whether the wing nuts I bought to use would damage the threads. The J hooks seem solid. Should last a long time.
