Awesome quality and can be embellished or as is.
The quality is great, I dont care for the design. I feel like it should be a drawstring at the neck. I would like to be able to tighten the neckline, although I can imagine how that may be a safety issue. I am going to hem the bottom of the cape because I am only 5 feet tall and it drags a bit. Also I will add trim around the edges and some inside pockets to make it amazing! Oh.. and a lineing would be easy enough to add. So, I guess this cape is a great starting piece. It is less expensive than the fabric costs to make it. If you are not needing something as fancy, this would be great just as it is.

Exactly What You Expect.
I bought the grey. On my screen it had a pink/ purple ish undertone but in person it is a true grey color which is what I was hoping. I'm 5'10 and it hits at my ankle. For velvet it's lightweight and looks very pretty.

Worth the money!
I love this hood, its velvet and definitely not cheaply made, a little long but I am only 5 ft. so I expected that, overall its a very nice product and its beautiful!

Super thin material.
It is like a costume piece. Nearly see through in light, it is so thin. Serves zero practical purpose, but for cosplay it is okay.

Perfect costume cape
Loved it. Velvet - so you won’t ever have to iron it. Never wrinkles. Flows around you in a really cool way when you walk and was perfect for my Halloween costume. You may feel like you have to do some extra sewing to add extra reinforcement to the ribbon ties, though. Compared to the heavy velvet they seem super light.

Light weight cloak, nice for the money
We purchased this cloak for my teen to wear during a band Halloween performance. Size 5'6 125, the cloak dragged the ground just a bit which was nice, unfortunately the cloak does not enclose around the front to touch in the center it stops just over the shoulders. It worked for what we needed it for. Not sure if it will be used again, its very light weight and thin.
