Everyone will have a different comment on the fit, but that's because we are all different. So just take all of these reviews with a grain of salt. I am a Sidefeel fan because of the quality of the pants and the stretchability these give without looking like stretch pants. I want a nice pair of jeans, that look like jeans, but also conform to my body. These are it. I am 5'3" and 125 lbs. After losing 65 pounds, I wanted something form fitting, but also allowed for the unfortunate 'extra skin' that came with the weight loss. I also wanted to show off the weight loss and feel good about it. These jeans allow that. Besides looking great, these jeans have the stretch to allow for areas that are a little larger in size, while hugging the smaller areas. I hate pants that have stretch but pucker out in other areas. These pants hug all your curves without gaps and are so comfortable. The length is perfect for my shorter height. These pants are one of the few Sidefeel's styles that actually go down to a size 2 and I am grateful for that. The only negative on these pants is the color. I got the Washed Blue and thought they would be a little 'washier' like an acid wash. But they are more blue, even though the picture doesn't really show that. But still a 5 star pair of pants for a person that wants a form fitting pair of jeans on a not so perfect body. UPDATE: I just wanted to add, after having these jeans and washing them, I am completely happy with this purchase. I have gone on to buy more pairs of these jeans. What I like so much about them is the way they have stretch in them. Even after washing, they stretch to your body for the best comfort I have ever had in jeans. They will stretch with you but they don't stretch out and leave the pants baggy. I like my jeans form fitting, not baggy like some styles are now days. If you like jeans that hug to your body, I suggest you go down a size, as these will still give you comfort while making your body look nice. The only thing that Sidefeel could improve upon is I wish they had more of their styles in Size 2 and give you the options of longer pants. All their pants seem to be on the short side. But these are the best jeans I've ever had!

Color same as pictured. Enough stretch to give with sitting and not be uncomfortable but not too much that they become baggy. I’m 5’8 191lbs and the 14 fit great. The only negative I would give is for my height, I’ll need to wear flat shoes. The hem just hits my feet. A taller version isn’t available. If you’re over 5’8, don’t purchase unless you’re looking for something to hit above the ankle.

I'm really impressed with these jeans - I purchased them in both black and off white in a size 4 and they fit perfectly. For reference, I'm 5'3 and about 120lbs - the length is just the way I like it. I love the cinched waistband and the leg is a little bit wider than the average straight leg but that makes them appear a bit dressier. These are of great quality with that bit of stretch so they are really comfortable. Generally, I like more structured jeans but these are structured (because of the cut) without being constricting. I haven't washed them yet so I can't speak to that or if the color would bleed or not but so far I'm very happy with these jeans.

This is the second pair of this style of jeans I have ordered after being totally please with the first. They are reminiscent of the past styles of the 70s-80s with a high waist & straight legs. The waist band is stretchy (a plus), neither too tight nor loose, & the fit for my narrow hips is perfect. I find too many jeans are made for heavy thighs, these are not. The leg length is perfect for me. Fabric is a nice, adequately heavy denim & holds its shape with wear. Surprise-surprise, pockets are actually functional with enough lining allowed. Worn with a bodysuit top, the fashion presentation pops. I have washed the first pair once in cold water to prevent fading & finished in clothes dryer without any change to garment, which was the encouragement to order a second pair. I find it difficult to find good jeans with fabric too flimsy, waistband too tight, hip/thigh fit too large, overall fit unflattering. Everything comes together attractively in this product.

I really wanted to like these. Style was cute, nice denim material that wasn't too stiff and also not thin, the hems faced longways and not sideways (sideways can be super annoying with wider pants), really great fit (I am 5'7", 125, and ordered the 4). But, with the slightest move, those front welt pockets, while nice and deep, bunched up no matter how many times I pushed/flattened them back down. I could have cut them out but a) defeats the purpose and b) I was concerned any remaining fabric would make its way through the top of the pockets. I was not going to mess with sewing the pockets closed. Too much work. On top of it, as I moved around, the fabric across the back area between the top of the pockets and the belt loops made a hump that I had to keep pulling up/down. It has to be the way it is sewn or the seaming, I have never had this happen with jeans. They went right back into the bag five minutes after I put them on. I'm tired of receiving subpar clothing.

Jeans are very comfortable. I like the high waist, and the denim is flexible.

I was amazed at how well they fit, with not one place that felt uncomfortable and they look like regular jeans. They fit like they were tailored to me. May have to get a couple more before they don't make them anymore. Great ice blue colour too in a 14. Could have gone to a 12 but I like my jeans not so snug. 5'7" 168 lbs., length is perfect too.

Great fitting jeans, true to size, and not too long on me. I'm 5'3" but do have long legs. Arrived on time and well packaged. I like that the denim is not too heavy, and they are very comfortable and do help with tummy control.
