Works great, keep in mind 5% wont solve all you pain issues but it is good for small wounds. Also remember this has to be absorbed through a wound or other opening, like a tattoo ect. The spray is easy to get into corners of nails and such compared to the salve. I use this for hang nails and nuts and burns. If you want stronger you have to have a Rx or know a guy. Note: dont store with the bottle on its side, this can lead to a very minor and slow leak that will gunk up the sprayer a little.

I’ve used this for a Brazilian wax, ear piercing and a walking in heels. I typically apply it generously at home and then again when I’m about 15 min from where I’m going. I currently have the spray but I do prefer the cream version. •the Brazilian wax was way less painful than it typically would be. But you will still feel the pain. It just won’t be as intense. •I got my cartilage pierced and felt absolutely nothing. The piercer was even shocked that I didn’t feel anything or flinch. 10/10 recommend hands down. •When wearing heels it definitely helps a lot. I can last way longer in my heels before I feel the need to kick them off. This is good for a few hours at most definitely not a full day of walking, you’d need to reapply. So I keep mine in my bag just in case I need a little more.

I got this for mosquito bites, and I was disappointed at first. Specifically, I had one bite on my ankle that was killing me and this spray did nothing at first, even after cleaning the bite with soap and water and drying thoroughly. After scratching the bite for a while I tried the spray again and it definitely helped, just not as quickly as I wanted it to. I tried this on a different bite a couple days later right after I saw the little vampire leave my calf and that bite never itched or bothered me after just one application. I left 4 stars, because it worked on some bites and not others, however If it were an option I would leave 4.5, because when it works, it really works and you don't even realize it is working until you reach for it again for another bite or when the effects start to wear off.

Application is easy but it doesn't really work. I felt like it helped one itchy mosquito bite but never helped with a painful cyst under my skin. It didn't feel any better after spraying it. Faint smell if any at all.

Pricey for 2.4 ounces.

First time using a "numbing" spray and am very disappointed. I read a lot of reviews and looked at options available on Amazon and this one seemed to be a good choice. For me, it did not perform as others have said. The artist did the outline and then sprayed it on (broken skin), let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes and started tattooing again. The spray worked slightly and lasted for about 15 minutes before it was as though I had never used it. I guess if you want to spray it on every 10 or 15 minutes, wait another 10 minutes and keep the session going, it's ok but it's bothersome to have to go through all those steps and again, it's not like a miracle spray that takes all the pain away.
