Some GREAT help for NEW Nintendo 3DS owners
I bought this to use with my NEW Nintendo 3DS. It works beautifully. However, it requires a little elbow grease BEFORE you can reap the benefits. I wanted to write this quick review and point potential buyers to a few resources that helped me immensely, so that you know what you are in for before you purchase. Firstly, yes, once completed you will have more than enough space to satisfy al your needs probably for the lifespans of ownership of the device. Its very fast so no worries either. Here is the "how-to" information that best helped me when I needed some information about what to do with replacing the 4GB MicroSD included with the device and replace it with this better one. http://www.guidelive.com/video-games/2015/02/16/how-to-transfer-3ds-sd-card-data-and-use-high-capacity-bigger-than-32gb-microsd-cards-on-the-new-nintendo-3ds-xl The part you are looking for is called: "For experts and crazy people: Using high capacity SD/microSD cards on the 3DS" This is important, substitute MiniTool Partition Wizard, which is no longer a free app with this one: http://www.fat-32-formatter.com/ Which is not only free, but allows formatting in the format necessary in order for the NEW 3DS to use this great MicroSD card. Enjoy. I'm having a blast with it and I wanted to share these resources with my fellow enthusiasts.

The Best Card when you need speed, reliabilty and be sure that your memories are safe during your trip before you back them up
Best of the best!!! The fastest card from best maker. I'm using SanDisk SD and microSD cards from years - never had any problem, never lost pictures or movies. I bought this for my GoPro 4 Silver Edition camera (it support cards up to 64GB). On SanDisk website, there is tool to help you choose what is compatible and recommended with your camera. Also GoPro website recommends SanDisk cards. According to this for GoPro 4 Silver - SanDisk Extreme UHS-I/U3 micro SDXC card is recommended (of course up to 64GB capacity). SanDisk Extreme 64GB costs around 40 USD and advertised transfer speed is up to 60 MB/s. Extreme PRO 64GB UHS-I/US micro SDXC has transfer speed up to 95 MB/s but costs approx. 70 USD. Both cards can record on GoPro movies in 4K Ultra HD and Full HD and also you can play directly from them. ***** A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS which convinced me to buy PRO version are: - shockproof - temperature-proof (operating temperature from -13 degF to 185 degF and storage temperature from -40 degF to 185 degF - WATERPROOF - X-Ray proof ***** I choose to go for Extreme PRO as it is higher class and I'm using also Extremee PRO series SD card on my Photo Camera - never had any problem with loosing picture while shooting in sport mode or loosing any frame when recording movie. I want to be sure that I don't want loose anything when recording with GoPro plus just thinking ahead - this card can be also use for some other purpose when speed is crucial. Bottom line - the best card on the market, most reliable, most robust. Came with SD adaptor which is very handy especially when nowadays most of laptops have SD card readers built-in. Just put micro SD card into adapter, place in your laptop or computer and you don't have to use any external card reader.

I love this card
Works really fast in my galaxy s4! I can store more songs and data and transfer speed is good too. Right now having problems with my pc and this card is helping me transfer files from my phone to pc. Hp was supposed to offer download files for a storage driver but they keep corrupting the files! Shame on HP and their support! I know it's not this card because only really cheap cards would corrupt files and even then it is rare. All my other chipset and other driver files work great! This card so good I decided against buying the s6 since it doesn't have sd removable slot. Maybe if I had a screwdriver or something lol. It's a little faster at writing speed than the lexar 633x 128gb with 3.0 usb adapter that I also have. I like to keep this one in my phone but would use it with my 3.0 adapter instead of the sd adapter or sync cord to transfer files to and from my pc. But it is good that I have multiple options and I really like the sd adapter for dslr cameras. Great card, excellent responsiveness, tons of storage compared to the puny 16 gb, 8 gb usable I was walking around with in my phone.

Speeds up to 95MB/s? More like speeds up my life (and my patience).
What I loved: Transfer speeds that made me think, “Wait, is this magic?” Seriously, files moved faster than I could blink. Bye-bye, coffee breaks during file transfers! Shooting 4K video on my camera? Smooth as butter. No hiccups, no freezes — just pure silky footage. Compact enough to lose in my couch cushions (which is an adventure all on its own), but fast enough to remind me why I’m glad it’s in there. Sarcastic twist: It’s so fast, I almost felt guilty for being so impatient with other cards that take their sweet time. Comes with enough bragging rights to make you sound like a tech guru, even if you just use it to store memes. Warning: May cause sudden urges to upgrade all your devices just to keep up with its speed. Final thoughts: If you want a memory card that’s fast, reliable, and basically your new best friend for all things storage, this SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB is a winner. It’s like the speed demon of memory cards — only it doesn’t crash or burn. Rating: 5 stars, with a side of “Why didn’t I get this sooner?”

Need for Speed -- A comprehensive review of the fastest microsd cards
I had the opportunity to compare the performance of the fastest microsd cards currently available from top manufacturers. All cards mentioned in this review are obtained from Amazon during the last week or two except when noted otherwise. This card is a new release and not currently available on Amazon. It is different from the gray-colored Pro card **** old model tested, not the current U3 model ***** old model tested Fastest Sequential Read: All tested cards were able to accomplish > 90MB/s, with the Lexar 1000x able to take advantage of UHS-II speed when using the bundled USB reader and leading the pack Fastest Sequential Write: Sandisk Extreme Pro, Samsung Pro+, Transcend Ultimate 633x Fastest Random Read: Kingston 90R/80W. Fastest Random Write: Samsung Pro+ Best overall: Samsung Pro+ and Sandisk Extreme Pro Other observations: Performance and price are not proportional when it comes to selecting a microSD card. Some of the worst performing cards in this review also happen to be the most expensive. Not all 633x cards are created equal. The two cards reviewed from Lexar and Transcend are both marked as 633x but vary in performance greatly. 4k video recording using action cams and drone cameras have a typical bitrate of 60mbps or 100mbps, corresponding to 7.5MB/s to 12.5MB/s. All cards in this review should theoretically be able to handle this usage easily. Using microsd card as supplemental phone storage potentially could benefit from a faster card, Best Looking Card (if it matters): Sandisk Extreme Pro: Red/Gold with white print Lexar 1000x: White/Gold with Black/White print Samsung Pro+: White/Black with a red stripe and Black/White print PNY Turbo: Lime Green/Black with Black/White print Update 9/14/2015: Added additional cards to the list.

Great 4K video shot on cell phones, photo burst....not so much
I purchased this for my Lumia 1520 (Denim Installed) to shoot 4K video. I had no issues with the 4K video @ 30 FPS and my clips maxed out at 29 minutes (Software limitation). No issues on recording either in the day or night in 4K. I did some shooting in Times Square and the results were very good. The problem (and knocking a star off) is when I use the same camera (yes, I know its a phone) in photo burst mode, this card LAGS. I have a Sony card that has the same specs along with a transcend card (same specs as well) that had no issues with the photo burst mode. This ones takes on average of 3 photos before pausing for 4 seconds. The Transcend and the Sony would shoot 9-16 photos before requiring a 2 second pause....so way more photos and less lag on the other two cards vs this one. I haven't bothered to test the throughput of this card on the computer but I didn't by it for that. Keep this in mind.

Get This one ONLY!!! dont buy a cheap card, you will be mad when you loose your vacation photos get the SanDisk Extreme PRO 64GB
I am a smartphone user and take a lot of photos with the work i do "property management" and also nature shots ect,,,, I take as many as 4000 photos and videos a week. I tested and used a lot of different Micro SD cards, I gave this card 5 stars because it beat every other card that I have ever used. it was faster, and it has not lost even one of my smartphone photos yet I have used it to film with a high dollar smartphone even at 4K video and it has NOT dropped out on any video or high def photos even at 13 mpixles I will be buying 2 more of these and selling off a dozen of other cheaper cards this is the best that I have found so far I did try several other brands and types and even other sandisk cards, but none so far were as good as this one I was able to store 3,800 photos along with video and some smartphone apps and my whole work files from work, I finally filled the card up and will get at lease 2 more of these, I think I paid about $60 and it was worth it , last month I tried to save money and made the mistake and used a bargain brand and when I got home to look at 1,000 summer vacation photos only about 30% came out, I took photos and video that cant be replaced, family reunion video and photos of relatives that have now passed away, and the bargain brand lost most of the pics and video!!, I will never ever use a cheap micro sd card again ever!,,,,play it safe and be sure to get this card but some look like this but are NOT as good, be sure it says U3 sandisk extreme PRO micro sd XC,,,check close because I got the other cards that were similar and they were crappy make sure it has the U3 on it and be sure its the PRO extreme. if not you will be cussing when you loose your non replaceable video and photos don't worry about the price just get it,,,don't be dumb like I was and try to save $20 by getting one that's sort of like this one,,,get the genuine card not the cheap copies they dropout and will make you so mad you will come here like I am and rant about those cheap copy cat cards that are crappy hope this saves you from making the mistakes i did with cheap cards. be sure its the correct card U3 only!

Fastest sd card for smartphones
Smartphones benefit from fast random reads/writes and Sandisk Extreme line of cards have 2x-3x faster random write speeds than the rest of the bunch. Apps will perform much snappier as a result. Sequential speeds only really matter for video/photo recording or transfering large files. This and most other cards of this class don't really differ much in that area. Most reviews or marketing specs focus on sequential speeds but that only tells half the story in performance. Sandisk Extreme however stands out of the crowd with it's exceptional small file random access speeds which make it much better for mobile use. Benchmark scores with CrystalDiskMark 3.0.3 x64 using a Kingston Digital MobileLite G4 USB3 card reader. Sequential speeds exceed rated specs which is fantastic. One thing to note that this benchmark was done fresh out of the box in exFAT. FAT32 peformance was mostly the same except Random Write 512KB was a lot slower at about 35 MB/s. Sequential Read : 97.442 MB/s Sequential Write : 91.563 MB/s Random Read 512KB : 92.597 MB/s Random Write 512KB : 76.197 MB/s Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 9.418 MB/s [ 2299.3 IOPS] Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 3.085 MB/s [ 753.1 IOPS] Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 9.835 MB/s [ 2401.2 IOPS] Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 3.070 MB/s [ 749.6 IOPS] Test : 1000 MB [G: 0.0% (0.0/59.4 GB)] (x5) As other reviews stated, real world performance depends on the device used and usage. Synthetic benchmarks only test the most ideal conditions and you will see the max performance in that scenario.

Great SD card for anything really but it really shines ...
Great SD card for anything really but it really shines in the Raspberry PI 3. The PI 3 boots up in no time thanks in part to the speed of this SD card.

Product is genuine
Am writing this review after a week of purchase. Got this for my GoPro Hero 6. Getting write speeds of 70 to 79mbps. Didn’t bother much about read speeds hoping it will definitely be good. Initially I used my laptop’s inbuilt card reader and the write speed was only around 29mbps. Was very much disappointed doubting it could be a fake. So I bought a transcend 3.0 card reader and connected to the usb 3.0 on my desktop and checked, surprisingly the write speeds were awesome. Got around 69mbps to 79mbps. Works flawlessly on my GoPro hero 6 black. 4K 60fps videos were smooth. Highly recommended.
