Works in an instant, completely numbs mouth.
Im currently suffering from toothache caused by my wisdom teeth, which I'm waiting for dentist appointment. This gel has been a life and sleep saver! You only need a small amount applied to the gum area around the teeth that is giving you pain and it works almost in an instant. It lasts around an hour completely numb and wears off slowly. So it gives a good couple of hours in all. Highly recommend 100% if you have any type of tooth or gum pain.

Works a treat. The relief was practically instant. I could feel the numbing working it's way upto the root of my tooth. It's so nice to not be in pain. 100% recommend.

Powerful numbing agent that takes effect instantly. Easy to apply, tastes okay and worked perfectly for the agony of an impacted wisdom tooth. Tube size is a little small but you only need a little so it lasts well.

Excellent temporary toothache relief
I've been having terrible pain while eating and drinking. My dentist has advised that she can't remove the tooth without causing further damage, the tooth will need to become loose before it can be removed safely. I've been looking for some kind of physical barrier to protect my teeth and gums from the temperatures that cause the pain but I've not seen anything suitable. This stuff is really good and works instantly. The tube is small, but a tiny application, spread with a finger, numbs the tooth/gum. I apply about ten minutes before eating. I highly recommend.

Great for poor teeth.
If like me you've had a miss spent childhood experimenting with things Tou shouldn't have and in turn ruined your teeth, this is perfect for numbing the pain suitably it's even enough to relive the pain while you do some self extracting (but I don't recommend home dentistry)
