Great bike and value!
I recently bought a Jasion Retrovolt pro and I absolutely love it! The best bike Iโve ever owned and the colors are stylish. Itโs powerful and fun! I ordered 2 of them for my husband and I and we love going for bike rides together again!

Worst Company and Product
I have been in contact with the seller since May. The bike had faulty parts from the beginning. We were promised part replacement. However, every time we asked for updates on the part we got excuses. Mid July I asked for a refund because I got tired of waiting. They once again kept giving me excuses until the 90 days was up and then refused to refund me or give me the new part. This is a scam of a company and the bike is trash.

Retrovolt
My kids wanted E-Bikes for a while. After a decent amount of research I decided on Jasion as the best brand for my budget and my kids picked the model. These bikes are so much fun and built really well. Battery life and speed are dependent upon the size of the rider. My youngest weighs approximately 115 lbs and the electric motor pulls him effortlessly up hills that my 180 lb self needs to use pedal assist with to keep the same speed. I enjoyed riding one so much that I just ordered myself an Xhunter, it's hard to beat the quality versus the price.
