OVERTURE TPU フィラメント 95A 柔軟 1.75mm 1kg FDM用(ネオングリーン)

2度目の購入です。 しっかりと乾燥させれば、綺麗な造形ができます。 扱いやすいので気に入って使用させてもらっています。

プリンタの設定表などがついてくるため、TPUを初めて利用した私でも綺麗にできました。 Ender3 V3 SEとプリンタ自体も安価な製品なのですが、問題なく印刷できました。

TPUは扱いが難しいという事で恐る恐る購入した。設定ファイルもホームページにあるらしいという事で調べてみたら該当するファイルｇあ見当たらない。そこでサポートに問い合わせたら数時間で返事があり事なきを得た。その後数時間でサポートの対応に関する評価メールかきたので星５つを与えた。もちろんフィラメントも無事目的の印刷する事ができ満足している。ホームページを見ているとフィラメント専門のメーカーらしい、バンブーを使っているが、純正は高いので今後はこちらを多用しようと思っている。

デフォルトで印刷したら写真の左側のようにとても使えないものになってました。そこで色々調べて1：印刷印刷速度を遅くする３０ｍｓ（デフォルトとは桁が違う） ２：フィラメント乾燥ボックスを使う（必須 できれば乾燥処理しながら印刷できる機種がよい） ３：フィラメントの滑りを良くする ということをしたら右のように上手に印刷できました。a1miniですがネットで調べたリトラクションの設定は特にしません。複雑すぎて分かりません。フロー調整なども特に行っていません。一番大き要素は、印刷速度みたいです。 追記：印刷速度も重要ですが実はフィラメントのスベリをよくするの方が重要であることがわかりました。乾燥ボックスに入れたまま利用したら作品が糸を引くようになってしまいました。ベアリングのあるフィラメント掛けに変えたら無事印刷できました。TPUは抵抗があると伸びるためうまく押し出しができないようです。

TPUは難しいと聞いていましたが、A1miniの標準設定で問題なくできました。

Bambu Lab A1 miniで使っているのですけど、ノズルが詰まっているみたいなエラーを吐き止まりました。詰まってないけど。多分設定だと思うけど、再開のボタンを押すと再開され何事もなかったようにちゃんと出来上がり。どーなんでしょ。私とは相性が悪いかも。ご参考まで。

I have used this filament for a combat robot and it worked great. Printing was no issue once I got my settings dialed in and what printed was durable enough to give me a chassis that lasted a tournament run to second place. Printing: The TPU prints great. When you are printing with TPU, you generally only have to worry when you are still getting things dialed in. Once your settings are good, you don’t have to worry too much about the bed adhesion or layer adhesion. Overall, TPU is a decently forgiving material to print with, but only when you have decent settings. Use: In my competition I printed a few chassis and several wheel guards. For this, I needed the chassis to be pretty durable and the wheel guards to do their best at protecting the wheels. Overall, they did great. I didn’t need to replace my chassis once and only replaced 2 wheel guards throughout the whole competition. The material is hard, durable, and great to print with. As a whole, I think this filament is great and well worth the money.

I've been printing with Overture High Speed TPU 95A for over a year now, and I love it. It always prints clean and reliably with great layer adhesion. It's also VERY FAST, as advertised. It's now one of my favorite filaments to print with, whenever possible. I've printed dozens of large items with it, mostly golf cart replacement treads, which have come out great and last a long time! I was recently given a roll of 72D TPU to use, which is a bit harder than the 95A TPU, and it took me SEVERAL tries to get it to print decently on the item they wanted me to print with it. I'm sold on Overture HS 95A TPU!

After using this stuff I have to say one thing... WHY IS NORMAL TPU STILL A THING?! Seriously this stuff is revolutionary. It prints BETTER, FASTER, and EASIER than PLA. Seriously I cannot beleive how easy this stuff is to print. It prints fast and easy and with excellent quality and best of all, I cannot tell any difference between a part printed in normal TPU and this speed TPU, and best of all it does not cost much more either. Seriously do not buy normal TPU this stuff is better in every way. Congrats to the material science engineers who developed this stuff. I tell every single person with a 3D printer about this stuff and I am shocked that no one else has even heard of it. Stop using TPU and get this! It is 100% worth the slightly higher price. Your friends will be jealous when you tell them your TPU prints at a MINIMUM of 60 mm/s. Don't hesitate and buy this stuff already and watch all your frusterations with TPU dissapear:)

The OVERTURE TPU Filament 1.75mm worked perfectly for printing tires for my model 911. The flexibility is spot-on—not too soft, not too stiff—and it gave the tires a realistic rubber-like feel once printed. Layer adhesion was excellent, and the finished prints came out clean and consistent. It printed smoothly with no clogging or feeding issues, and stringing was minimal with basic TPU settings. The filament stayed flexible after printing and held its shape well, which is exactly what you want for scale tires that need both detail and durability. Overall, this filament exceeded my expectations and was ideal for this kind of application. If you’re printing tires or other flexible parts for scale models, this TPU is a great choice and I would absolutely use it again.
