Is this face wash really strong?

This is a strong face wash but I really like it. I have sensitive and acne prone skin (cystic acne), this wash has helped dry out my acne but I use a TON of lotion to balance it out.

I was to get 3, got one, charged for 3. I can't find a way to rectify, have clicked on everything? Anyone have a suggestion? thanks in advance.

Same thing just happened to me WTFI think it is a mistake for 3 9ounce bottles to be only $17 but that's why I bought it to begin with.
