I have already taken these on several international trips. I was concerned that the larger container would be confiscated if opened on the way back. The single serving size is great just to bring the hat you need and if you have extra they are sealed for the trip home. They have a slight taste but easily hidden with some flavoring.

I was looking for some Creatine packets I could take when I’m on the go, and these work great. The only reason I rank 4 instead of 5 is that they are impossible to open. I have to cut them open with scissors and then white powder gets all over my desk at work. I’m afraid they’re going to think I’m doing drugs.
