How is the fit? Is it more oversized or standard?

I absolutely love this blazer but had to return the size Large 12/14 and reorder X-Large 16/18 so it absolutely is NOT standard size. I normally wear 10/12 so I assumed the Large would allow plenty of room but it was tight. X-Large fits like a size 12 normally does on me. Maybe if you are small up top you might pull it off. But I love the color, quality and fit of the X-Large. Just size up if you are full busted.

Does the fabric have any stretch?

Exactly as pictured and the sizing chart is pretty close to excellent!

This is a really nice blazer..well made, nice shade of light tan , small shoulder pads, completey lined and suitable for all weather. It is ample, sizewise, and so you know, It was suggested that I should order an EXTRA LARGE and did so. Had to return it because I drowned in that size. I am 5'2" tall, weigh 129 lbs, short waisted and normally wear a size 12. I reordered another one immediately, in a size LARGE and explained I needed it for a memorial coming up soon , it arrived within a day, is a PERFECT fit for me and yes, it did have some wrinkles (just out of the packing) but I put my steamer to work and it was beautiful, worn with black slacks it will be great for any occasion. BTW, this is a delightful company to work with, I have already gotten my refund credited to my account and I highly recommend taking a look at their products. You will not be sorry, I guarantee!
