This might be my new favorite magnesium glycinate. I've had no adverse stomach effects, from this one. The pills are smaller than the last one I used to take. And, actually have more milligrams of magnesium in them. I like that it has the vitamin c to help with absorption. This magnesium helps with my leg cramps, as well as helping with sleep. Definitely, 5 stars for me.

This has been by far the best magnesium glycinate that I've tried. I've tried numerous brands and this is the best high dose available. Literally eats tablet is 500 mg perfect for trying to sleep or for someone with the higher tolerance that's been taking magnesium glycinate for a while. This will give you the best bang for your dollar.

Very effective and does not upset my stomach. One or two capsules daily have been very effective in helping prevent the migraines I was having. The only negative aspect of it is how it is advertised as 500mg, but in the description of the label, it also says 90mg. Nowhere (in the description of the product, specs, or other areas) did they explain to you what it means. I even asked my doctor's office, and they told me to contact the manufacturer because they were not sure based on how it was written.

When I bought this, I was desperate. I'm 2 weeks away from my 3rd trimester and I have pretty much a toddler. My kid is literally the energizer bunny. But my energy levels through this second pregnancy has been awful. At night, I get restless legs. My body is so uncomfortable. I feel like a swollen blimp. What's even more frustrating. I eat unprocessed foods and I try and go on walks daily. It's just been a fight. No matter what I have seemed to try, my sleep has been suffering. I even tried pedialyte and readjusting my diet. I've been using ChatGPT to help figure out what my deal is... Last night though was my breaking point. Woke up at 3am and could not go back to sleep. My sleep before waking was already in and out, plus disrupted by my kiddo having wet the bed 2 hours earlier... 😮‍💨 AI told me that oral magnesium would likely help me rest my body and mind, amongst some other things. So after crying out of hopelessness, I got on Amazon and ordered magnesium glycinate with the best reviews. It was here by time my toddler took his nap. Hallelujah. I had been up seven hours, tried taking a nap myself (thank goodness I was visiting my Dad and he could help watch the kid) had that superficial terrible sleep, and gave in about an hour or so later.... I took TWO of these magnesium pills as soon s they arrived and laid down for attempt number two of trying to get some sleep. I almost cried laying there *Gotta love hormones*. I literally felt the tension and the nerves in my calves and legs melt away. I was actually able to lay there without spastic jolts from my legs and instead a surreal calmness that almost felt off putting since I hadn't felt it in so long. This stuff is amazing and I am so glad I found it. It's probably saving my sleep for the rest of my pregnancy. If your struggling with muscle tension, just give it try. The bottle says one pill up to three times a day... but I took two. And it did the trick. Good luck!

The content is 500 mg per capsule, as advertised. People who say otherwise are not correctly reading the label. The 90mg is percentage of daily intake, not the total. The label clearly says it’s 500mg per capsule. I just got this bottle and took my first dose last night. Best sleep I’ve had for a week, and no leg or foot pain keeping me awake. No unpleasant side effects. So far I’m happy!

This has been by far the best magnesium glycinate!! I take it at night and I have the best sleep. I wake feeling refreshed and not so groggy. They’re easy to take and doesn’t give an upset stomach.

Very good supplement that aids muscle recovery and promotes good sleep habits when taken daily before bedtime. Recommended
