I was actually able to lay there without spastic jolts from my legs and instead a surreal calmness that almost felt off putting since I hadn't felt it in so long. This has been by far the best magnesium glycinate that I've tried. I've tried numerous brands and this is the best high dose available. Literally eats tablet is 500 mg perfect for trying to sleep or for someone with the higher tolerance that's been taking magnesium glycinate for a while. This will give you the best bang for your dollar.

The content is 500 mg per capsule, as advertised. People who say otherwise are not correctly reading the label. The 90mg is percentage of daily intake, not the total. The label clearly says it’s 500mg per capsule. I just got this bottle and took my first dose last night. Best sleep I’ve had for a week, and no leg or foot pain keeping me awake. No unpleasant side effects. So far I’m happy!

This has been by far the best magnesium glycinate!! I take it at night and I have the best sleep. I wake feeling refreshed and not so groggy. They’re easy to take and doesn’t give an upset stomach.
