No, the PreMax Pre-Filter is currently not available in a two-pack.

I change to new filter i bought from your company but still there's red light is on. and that only has 1340 hours. is that one new for sure?

Once you replace the PreMax Pre-Filter on your HealthPro Series, you will still need to manually reset the filter life. Please see instructions below: 1. To reach the Filter Life Reset function from the main display window, press the Menu key seven times. 2. Press and hold the Enter key until the flashing cursor appears. The first filter selection to appear is the PreMax Filter. Release the Enter key. 3. Press the triangle key to select the desired filter. The Filter Life LED for the appropriate filter is currently flashing red. 4. Press the Enter key to confirm that the selected filter has been replaced. 5. To re-confirm the filter change, press the Enter key. To exit the Filter Life Reset window, press the Menu key. 6. Upon successful reset of the filter life, the new remaining filter life (taking the currently selected fan speed into account) will be displayed, and the filter LED light on the control panel will change from red to green.

Does this ship in plastic and styrofoam?

The filter have a tight plastic wrapping and goes into a very tight box and it go inside a second box. I have order several of this Premax and the other filters for my IQ air. I have never have a problem in shipping.

Does this filter work with the multigas iqair?

No. It will not. Please reach out to IQAir directly to purchase the correct filter.
