The bottom is a bit grippy. The handle is comfortable and doesn't dig into my hand. The interior pockets are decent, but not the best quality, so heavy tools will likely wear through. The divider is held in place with hook and loop patches, which works, but it does want to sag to one side when loaded. The side zipper pockets are roomy, and can easily hold a tape measure. Probably the only improvement I would suggest is a pouch on the back exterior panel for a cell phone or note pad. The interior pockets are shallow, and are not the best-quality material, so heavy and/or sharp items may not be suitable.
