I bought this shower head for a slanted shower arm and it doesn't work well with it because water comes out only from the lower pores.I did my bit of research before buying–someone asked a related question on the product page, a customer replied saying it works with a slanted shower arm, another customer explained why it doesn't work with a slanted shower arm. I went with the seller's claim instead, who confirmed that it works with any shower arm. That is not true!This shower head is very thin, hence when used with a slanted shower arm enough water doesn't build up in the shower head to push to all pores.Buy it only if you're going to use it with a straight shower arm as a rain shower–it should work well in that case.If you mistakenly buy it, like I did, and then return the product you'll receive a partial refund and a yelling from the seller (reason for lower rating, see attached image).

This product looks nice. Got a replacement since original delivery had fine pore leakages from side edges of the shower head. The replacement also has a minor trickle leak at the joint between top and bottom sheets. Brand name 'Kitsch' is nowhere mentioned. Product is unbranded as per the labelling. Anyways installed it and it's working well at an angle as per my shower head arm. Needed a lot of teflon thread tape to seal the swivel head connection to prevent leakage. All in all its a good product worth its cost.

Works fine. Uses a different connector. Had to dismantle old shower and connector to fix this one. The shower distributes water from all nozzles and hence the pressure is reduced. Had to change back to original shower.The unit was fresh and unstained surface reflected almost like a mirror. Once it was used the original shine could not be restored,but it still looks bright and shiny.Not returning it as the product quality is impressive.

Steel it is. Stainless or otherwise, only time will tell. Fairly easy to install. Adjust the water filter inside the rubber gasket. Screw on the adapter to the shower and screw the other end to the existing extension pipe. That's it. Even a pipe wrench is not required. But if you have one it will help. Go for it. It works as well as it looks.

There is no branding of the product.in fact I have been buying these shower heads on Amazon from last 1-2 yrs..none of the shower heads work more than 3-6 months..they leak from sides in few months.this one from kitch I suppose was given in just a wrapper to courier on amazon.kitch name was carved by hand on back side of metal..poor quality..I would suggest people who buy shower heads that all these Kitch,zeya etc are Chinese ones ..will work for fee months.. better buy a branded hindware etc for longevity

I good design product but build quality is poor in terms of regular use. I think it lasts for 6-8 months only. I can see strange stains and rust on the shower after some days of use. Poor quality SS or coating. If you want cheap product with good design then go for it. The water comes very well from the shower feels good.

Item very good and looks great. 100 percent worth for Rs.375/- if it is really Stainless Steel material. I am using this with bore well water which has some salty content. In case, if the salt in the long run blocked the holes, it is difficult to clean/remove the block. We have to purchase again.
