How exactly does this work, and will it get out pee stains that were created by not flushing? Thanks

Someone answered "bleach," but the warning on the Amazon page says to never use it with bleach, with makes me think there's ammonia in it.

I have used Lysol toilet cleaner for years and have had no problems with septic. I asked my septic guy about it and he said it would not bother the system.
