Don't believe the hype zippers are not as good as the velcro
I purchased this product not too long ago and it already broke. The zipper was not a good of an idea as I thought. I thought the purpose of a waist trainer was to help train the waist but in this instance it did not. The first zipper was too big so putting it on the second zipper was the plan but that failed. I am going to contact the manufacturer and see if I can return this product for the original velcro version. Wouldn't buy this product or version of this product again

Horrible Quality
This product is made very poorly. I ordered it and the zipper broke the first time I used it so I got a refund and decided to order it again thinking it wouldn't happen again but the zipper did break on the new product. I called the company and spoke with them twice about getting a different model as a replacement and they said they would call me back and never did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS ITEM.
