Is this bottle dishwasher safe?

It actually states in product description that this item is not microwave or dishwasher safe

Can I store hot chocolate in this bottle?

It does keep drinks hot or cold so I would imagine you could.

What is the best size for everyday use

I find that 500ml is good for everyday use. As well as been a decent amount of fluid, it also doesn’t make the bottle massive or too heavy. I find I need to refil the smaller sizes and any larger is too big/heavy unless you are going out all day without anywhere to refil.
